The State of California, as of 12 October 2023, has a new Law. Signed by its Governor Gavin Newsom, the law now requires any California licensed attorney to report any other California licensed attorney who engaged or engages in rebellion, seditious conspiracy, treason or insurrection to the State Bar. Looks like the Golden State is looking to divest domestic legal terrorists of their ability to the up the courts in the same kind of frivolous conspiracy Georgia, New York and other states have seen recently.
