This recession Germany was supposed to have and that the American right and Vlad were getting all giddy about never happened. Yep the one where the whole socialist safety net was supposed to drop out of. Just ain't happening. The inflation rate is rapidly decreasing. Out on the streets the last thing you see is a recession. Busy as hell, people everywhere. Nobody losing their homes like in our recessions. No one on the street. Germans as they call it taking holiday/vacations everywhere, many to the states.

Americans needs to remove the blinders.

I don't know about germany but the us is definitely showing the signs.  Inflation is only dropoing because interest rates are rising and that slows down the economy, Which is what it's intended to do. there's other fundimental problems in the states and the economic news isn't good.

That's why biden is dropoing in the polls so bad.

People don't lose their houses here in recessions as much as they used to. Many more programs available to prevent mortgage foreclosure now.

It's still not good

Your cites about Canada do not refute my post about "HERE" in California. Duh

Of course, RE is much more valuable in California than in the cold North.

First - https://www.nbcnews.com/business/economy/home-foreclosures-rising-in-us-where-which-states-rcna88394

Damn you're an !diot :)

And second:

a single family home in cali averages $708,936,  us or 958,127.00 canadian

an average british colunbian  homes - including one bedroom etc so including smaller homes - is well over a million.

Real estate in bc is far higher than Cali.  It's worth more

Wow - you're wrong twice in the same post. Very efficient ;)
