Keep transgenders out of women's sports or...

Here's your choice. (and BOY, the comedians have had a BALL with this.)

Do you think it is fair for a MAN to put on female attire and compete in women's sports? Do you think that threatens women's sports?

Okay, here's a list of the theories.

1.  Some say there is a reason why there are men's and women's categories in sports: Men are superior physically to women. (At least in sports.) And women's sports are the ONLY avenue for females to compete in athletic events.

2. How about doing away with men's and women's sports? How about just ONE sport, with men and women invited to participate and who have to QUALIFY physically? How would that work out? Do you think women could compete, physically.

3. If you think women should not have to compete with men in sports (Kickboxing, basketball, hockey, football, etc) then the trannies should not be allowed to compete in women's sports. Men pretending to be women just so they can go in and win medals they couldn't win by competing with other men? Here's an idea: How about LeBron James put on a bra and join an WNBA team and lead it to the playoffs and championships, YEAR AFTER YEAR? How would that work?

4. Let's not forget that professional sports exist for only ONE REASON. Selling tickets and making an ass load of money for the promoters. TV ads. There's a lot of toxic masculine CAPITALISM involved in sports, which translates into a lot of dollars. And let's remember that while NBA events routinely sell out night after night with the nosebleed seats going for $50 a pop, the WNBA can barely fill an arena half way. And it is because WOMEN DO NOT SUPPORT THE WNBA. If women supported women's sports like they supported the dumb ass Kardashian reality shows, the WNBA would be a capitalistic miracle.

A lot will probably have plenty of HUMOR value as well.

Probably the reason I'm able to commit such sacrilege when it comes to opinions on sports is the fact that I'm not a sports fan. Last fling I had with professional sports was when the Orlando Magic made it all the way to the finals and was SWEPT by the Houston Rockets. That pretty much ruined it for me.

the trans topic that does not get my blood pressure going. However, on this exact topic.. I agree. Letting a trans person work in an office, I guess. Sports is different and should be.

I am a die-hard sports fan but do not generally care for women's sports and can understand why most do not. If women want the WNBA to thrive.. why they do not watch it more?

I do not agree with allowing trans women to compete against cis women.

Now I'm really confused. ALL WOMEN are born with a vagina. That's kind of a requirement to being a woman, having periods, giving birth etc. Such a person is not CIS. In fact, CIS doesn't exist. It's another derogatory term, ranking up there with Nigger, Honky, Kike, Pollock, etc.

It is a term designed to insult normal productive people.

These "activists" will use the fact that some women don't have periods nor give birth, as justification for several things, including allowing trans women to compete with women in sports.

It ignores the fact that a woman who can't have periods, still has a vagina.

Thats like removing the tires from a Boeing 767, and then saying its no longer a Boeing due to this o_O

They have no grounds for an argument, and facts and biology clearly shows that a man will more than likely have physical advantages over a woman. What do you do when you have no argument? Move the goal posts, and silence your opposition. Calling them racist or transphobic is usually best. No need to offer justification for the insult. 

Am 6' tall, and very likely, if faced with a 6' tall woman, would likely be stronger. 

More muscle mass, etc. If we both pushed our bodies to the limit.

There's a reason women can't eclipse the 10 second mark in track and fields 100m. Hussein bolt does so effortlessly. 

And here's a hint. Its not sexism.

Testosterone gives you the advantage. Especially if you have a life time of built up benefits of testosterone.. greater muscle mass, quicker, greater strength of ligaments, etc. therefore biological males (born with a penis) will almost always have the advantage when it comes to strength, speed, and ability to avoid ligament/tendon based injuries.

The biological differences between biological men and women are too great to allow transgender women to compete in biological women’s sports.  
 

Florence Johnson is the fastest woman to ever run the 100m sprint.  Her record breaking time would rank around #7,000 in the all-time best in the men’s category.

It really is strange that anyone would argue otherwise.
