Why I'll Never Vote Conservative

The consevatives want to destroy the enviroment because they care about the holy dollar over everything else. Forget that it will save the planet and younger generation because saveing the enviroment costs money so conservatives don;t want to do it. Conservatives think gun control is a waste of money so in Toronto where they have had over 70 murders this year and here in Edmonton over 30 we can have more guns on the street. That will help make our crime rate fall. They hate gay people too, they say they are not prejudice but then something like the gay marrage propsal comes up and the conservatives flip out because gayness is against their personal christian believes. I call that prejudice. Conservatives want to make a 2 teir health care system so if you are a 80 year old alcoholic but are a billionare you can buy ads many livers as your hearts contenet but if your a poor 5 year you just get to die. They value American jobs and American business over Canadian jobs and Canadian entrepueners. They give big tax cuts to rich American business but forget the small Canadian business man just trying to get by. They tax the middle class and low income households yet give the rich big tax breaks. So the rich who already live the good life get all the breaks and poor people get to suffer even more. You can expect them to send our Canadian soldiers off to Iraq to applease the Americans rather then pleaseing Canada, after all they said they would have support the Iraq invasion in 2003, once again Americans valued over Canadians. Lastly they want to put there own personal religious beliefs into law. They want to go back and pull out the same sex marrage and have it removed cause it's against there Christian beliefs. They should get with the modern day world and go further and get things done then worry about the past. I bet if there was someone trying to put Islamic beliefs into law in Canada the Conservatives would flip out but because there Christian beliefs it's acceptable. A Canada where America is valued over Canada, that the rich are valued over the poor, where the enviroment is ignore, where homsexual prejudice is acceptable, where more guns are allowed on the streets, and where bible thumpers will only allow Christian laws and beliefs, where health care is only given to the rich, This is a Canada I don't want to be a part of. I'd rather vote Communist over conservative at least commies didn't value other countries over their own.

Personally, I blame the public school system for such bad spelling, bad grammar, bad punctuation, bad style and such simplistic rhetoric.

The poor kid is going to spend another twenty years learning how to write properly and developing the critical intelligence to unlearn all that nonsense.

Perhaps the Conservatives merely feel that instead of spending 2 billion dollars to register the shotguns of and squirrel rifles of farmers in rural Saskatchewan we'd be better off hiring more police, and reforming our screwy parole and justice system so violent criminals stay in prison longer. Odd, hmm?

In this thread alone, we have: just ignore jack*sses like this, and stupidly inane rant. Then there is yours. I don't know what your background is shoop but telling someone to f--- off meets my criterion for an insult, a slur, and bad manners. You proved my point by resorting to a personal attack. I'm just stating the facts when I say the moderator doesn't deal with these offenses. Yes it is his forum.
