err
Mister H err-assRead how one of Ontario's leading NDP'ers feels. FC: Is Canada’s New Democratic Party too wedded to philosophies of the past?BR: No and yes. No, because there is a lot of innovation in their ideas on the environment and their continuing concern with respect to poverty and housing and the need to address the needs of the people. I think those are always at the forefront and are very critical issues. Out of curiosity, what does this have to do with the topic of the thread... August1991
Follow up: Six teenagers implicated in the alleged verbal and sexual harassment of a fellow high school student that investigators say spanned more than a year had their charges dropped Wednesday after they accepted a peace bond. The six showed little emotion after Ontario Court Justice Derek Hogg ordered them to stay away from the girl, not possess any weapons and keep the peace for a year. ... The two youths charged with sexually assaulting the girl will return to court May 10, as will four others charged with harassment who have also been offered a peace bond but haven't yet decided whether to accept. Another boy charged with harassment, who has been asked to enter a diversion program, will also attend court May 10. Three other accused are currently in the program, which diverts teens with no criminal record out of the justice system and into counselling. geoffrey
Apparently rape isn't a big deal in Canada anymore, what shame. You can apparently encourage others to do it and only get a restraining order.
