FWIW - The Trump ad is nothing like the Willy Horton ad, but the Willie Horton ad wasn't as bad or as racist as CNN wants to conclude. Willie Horton was a guy who was supposed to be in prison for life without the possibility of parole but got out specifically because of Dukakis and committed serious, violent crimes while he was out. It's not racist to tell that story. It's racist to suggest that it couldn't be told solely on the grounds of the perp's colour. The Trump ad is a great ad. The fact that Biden and Harris openly supported the riots is a very major deal. People who want an end to the violence and to the racial division need to be completely aware of what they're getting if they vote for the duhnamic duo. Sure, Harris/Biden are opposed to the rioting and the violence now, but very recently they were glossing over it, and putting pretty ribbons, bows and hearts on it. That huge lack of empathy and foresight is not what people want in their leaders. Those dolts can't go the wrong ways on policies at the beginning of an event and then switch sides once they finally catch on. They need to take the right tack from the start if they want to be good leaders. The Dems were equally ignorant regarding covid. fter Trump started fighting covid, the Dems were still using it as a chance to virtue signal. "Travel bans are RACIST! We need to let hundreds of thousands of people fly in from Wuhan to prove we're not racist!" That was stupid. Then people like DeBlasio and Pelsoi went on a bad advice tour: Bill - "go eat in restuarants and ride the subway, it's completely safe" lol. Just a couple days ago he went on air to say "eating indoors in restaurants is still not safe". Pelosi wen t to Chinatown and hung out in a huge throng of people and said "It's safe to come to Chinatown!" Yeah let's gather in huge groups Nancy. Then the Dems said it's safe to protest, riot, loot etc but people can't do anything else in groups larger than 6 lol. Honest to god, there's nothing on this planet dumber than a Dem voter. Even rocks don't cast votes for those losers. Trump's ad illustrates the stupidity and the lack of empathy & foresight that Harris/Biden have perfectly. It is a GREAT ad, period.
