Instead of gun control, we need gang control. The known gang members need to be rounded up and sent to the gas chamber. They won't be commiting any more crimes after that.

Gangs can probably never be eradicated. Some gangs are connected to larger organized crime units, who have a lot of power and influence in society.
Finally in the end, the system itself is corrupt... so good luck with that.
