It is however true out of the box thinking on improving traffic flow and safety. I wonder if any Canadian traffic engineers are paying attention, this could be a real game changer. Quote

Traffic volumes/funding in Canada may not warrant adoption as quickly. This is the example that I use about once a month....driving on the left "wrong" side mid interchange can be confusing, especially at night.
