UP to the 1990's, it was the migrants from Quebec but has now been taken over by Jamaicans and Mexicans: http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/migrant-workers-who-they-are-where-they-re-coming-from-1.1137930 Without these migrant workers, either the agricultural system in Southern Ontario would fall apart or Canadian price for fruit and vegetables would increase by 50%.
