jacee Posted March 7, 2015 Report Posted March 7, 2015 A boycott probably is the most effective way to resist the state. Boycott ... borders? . Quote
Derek 2.0 Posted March 7, 2015 Report Posted March 7, 2015 Most of them are puppies easily kept in line by grandmother's. Chill yer jets man. :\ . My jets are chilled, likewise, I don't go bananas at CBSA members when crossing air/land borders, and oddly enough, I don't get "hassled by the man".....funny how that works. Quote
Derek 2.0 Posted March 7, 2015 Report Posted March 7, 2015 Boycott ... borders? . Thats what it sounds like........of course, throwing a tantrum is a good way to get the borders to boycott you (ala Smirnoff) Quote

On Guard for Thee Posted March 7, 2015 Report Posted March 7, 2015 i couldnt even begin to recall how many borders ive crossed. only time I was ever slowed down was when I clearly admitted on that silly card that I was carrying more rum I bought in Haiti than the duty free allowance allowed so I paid the 5 bucks or so and went on my way. But ya know what is really fun...travelling on a UN passport. I wish that damn thing hadnt expired. Quote

Who's bananas? I just ask public employees the question when appropriate: "We pay you to do this?" Then you can launch into the "At your age I had to pick up old people's bags for them, not stand there and make them do it them self! And I'm paying you?!" They pass you along fast because they can't argue the logic and other people are chuckling. Point made. . Quote
jacee Posted March 7, 2015 Report Posted March 7, 2015 (edited) They don't even neeed the warrant part!! They do need a reason to waste my money punishing everyone who doesn't grovel for them. Are they all snotfaced aho's? We pay for that? ?? Edited March 7, 2015 by jacee Quote
Derek 2.0 Posted March 7, 2015 Report Posted March 7, 2015 They don't even neeed the warrant part!! To seize or copy the data (and attempt to crack copied data) they don't, further then that courts and warrants enter the equation........of course, not being a goof (or breaking the law) is much more easier........ On Guard for Thee Posted March 7, 2015 Report Posted March 7, 2015 Psst....just a word of caution...dont be critical of CBSA online here after C51 goes through, else CSIS may be at your door. Either that or the RCMP, and dot hold your breath waiting for SIRC to come save your ASS. Quote
