The U.S. has our back in the event of terrorist attacks or other forms of attacks on Canada. I have no problem with the good old U.S. of A. having our back. And quite frankly, I thank them for that. They are absolutely a good neighbour to Canada.

A terrorist attack???

The US funds the terrorist groups!

And you think the US is helping us in preventing an attack from a group the US has funded?!?!?!?!?!

Ok lady, if you say so.

WWWTT, As the US continues to encourage revenge of freedom fighters by terrorizing people in the ME, the chances just increase that there will be revenge. If that revenge is on any other country other than the US then the US will have accomplished it's goal.

When a country is attacked, as happened on 911, the people of that country are not capable of stopping and considering that they had it coming. And when their president stands on the rubble and encourages them with bravado, there's little doubt that the problem is going to be exacerbated.

Such could be the fate of Canada and Canadians and very few will look back and consider why it happened. Why would they want to strike against us? Because they are jealous of our bigscreen t.v. sets.

It's after the fact for G.B. of course, because they wrongly decided to become a US lap dog. But Dog forbid, the taste of revenge they've had could be a walk in the park compared to what that small island nation could see!

Much better idea for Canada to stop now. Quite impossible for us to do so under Harper!

Proof? Evidence?

The US didn't plan 9/11 but there's little doubt that it ensured that something of the nature would eventually happen in revenge for what they did in the ME. And of course the support of the evil Saudi monarchy which Osama opposed.

So maybe the US subconsciously planned it?

In any case, it's hard to separate the good guys from the bad guys as it progresses along. Syria and Iraq are now full of 'sort of good guys' and 'sort of bad guys'?

If only we could stop Harper from making us a part of it!

I think Usama opposed Saudi because they ran his ass out of town.

How do you subconsciously plan anything?

Who are you referring to "sort of bad guys"? ISIS I hope.

But rest assured, it keeps looking more and more like Harper will be stopped come next election.

Don't have proof right now.

Keep in mind that Canada has not had an terrorist attack that was not domestic so I don't really need to go into it any further.

From my understanding it was domestic groups that commits the bombing in the UK.

On guard, the US is pretty well undecided on which faction to support in both Iraq and Syria. So that makes them all 'sort ofs'.

'Subconsciously may not have been entirely correct but there's little doubt that the US is aware of it going down a oneway road with it's fight against Islam and so-called terrorism. The time is coming soon when the US will start to recognize that support of Israel and wars for oil are just not worth it anymore.

In fact, I think there are lots of indications that Obama has already reached that point.

but as Canadians, who cares? What is most important is that Canada separates itself from US aggression that is going to result in another bigtime terrorist attack. This time in the 'form of a nuclear cloud' as Condo Rice says. Canada still doesn't need to be a part of that. Getting rid of Harper is the key. Because if we don't then Harper is going to give Canada the image of just being a part of US aggression and crimes against humanity in the ME.

Appreciate that you understand that Harper is going to be the downfall of Canada though.

Doesn't matter....because you don't understand the scope and breadth of U.S. support for Israel....in the U.S.A...or Canada. The U.S. Congress will continue billions in foreign aid to Israel....far less for Palestine. Canada's PMs understand this dynamic, and will not be caught on the wrong side. After all....somebody wants a new pipeline...and a bridge to Detroit !
