maplesyrup
Bull market in oil poised for correction What is they say about investing? The Bears make a little. The Bulls make a little. The Pigs make nothing. Are we about to see a repeat in this famous, well used and accurate expression? If the price of oil does crash, or correct itself, what impact will this have on our Canadian economy? What precautions if any can Canadians take to weather what appears to be this gathering storm? caesar
I don't think it will be very disruptive. Most of us will be celebrating. Albertans will have to wipe off that big smirk. Any wise investor spreads his investments over a larger sector. Prices will go down but really nothing drastic. I will have a big smile of relief. maplesyrup
Oil price dive deepens as supplies swell Oil prices slid more than a dollar to 7-week lows on Tuesday as growing signs of ample supply eases concerns over fuel stocks for the northern winter. Some folks are just good forecasters, aren't they! Interesting how the dolla, price of gold, and the price of oil are jumping around these days. One might almost suspect that they were being manipulated.

JWayne625
Governments of all stripes are crying along with every one of us over high oil proces. The difference between their tear's and mine is that mine are tears of sorrow that the additional money I am paying at the pumps, much of it is going into government coffers, while government is shedding tear's of joy thinking about the windfall of money, that they can now think up ways to waste.
