tommg6 Posted December 6, 2012 Report Posted December 6, 2012 Discuss. Quebec would be one of the bottom heap provinces and this is coming from someone who lives in Quebec. Ontario is also a have not province and even the Maritimes have debt and economic woes. Anyways, you have the floor. Voice your opinion. Quote
Moonbox Posted December 6, 2012 Report Posted December 6, 2012 Quebec and Ontario are the front runners by a long ways. Quebec with its corruption and Ontario with its total incompetence. Argus Posted December 7, 2012 Report Posted December 7, 2012 (edited) Quality of governance? The provinces? I think you'd save time by pointing out which might have some of that stuff. I can't think of any offhand. Certainly not BC or Alberta, not Ontario or Quebec. The Maritimes always seem to be in a mess. Is Sask or Man doing okay? I don't hear a lot from them. Ontario has been the worst, I'd say, but you gotta admire Alberta. It's not easy to run continuing and growing deficits through a booming economy and huge royalties from oil and gas.
