Jack Weber Posted June 29, 2012 Report Posted June 29, 2012 (edited) The police in Toronto appear to back Sullivan's idea of a national stolen cell phone registry. That doesn't represent the view of the police nationally. What if those stolen cell phones were used to get illegal drugs and(unregistered) guns?? By the way,I still think a stolen cell phone registry is a stupid idea... Edited June 29, 2012 by Jack Weber Quote The beatings will continue until morale improves!!!

Got to how he got off on serious drug charges in '75 in Arkansas, even though the car he was in was filled with dope, and his childhood in England... It's,so far,an interesting read.... I saw it in Coles the other day, I'll have to pick it up....... I saw him years ago reference the diet in an interview..... Tilter Posted June 29, 2012 Report Posted June 29, 2012 that is something most no-nothin canadians dont know. provincial ndp goverments in nova scotia and manitoba are leadin those provinces to prosperity. manitoba especially has benefitted greatly from a decade of the ndp, especially public education in that province. nova scotia is an up and comer in provincial powers. just wait unti they have a decade of ndp. people are gettin smarter and know the ndp is the future. But apparently in scholastic achievement for socialists -- they don't know anything about the English language, spelling or the economy of Canada. manitoba especially has benefitted greatly from a decade of the ndp When will amount of the balance of payments welfare that Manitoba has received in the last 10 years be paid back. If they are so prosperous they had no need for the money and it should be forfeit. nova scotia is an up and comer in provincial powers If they are so damn up & coming when are they going to get off the Alberta dole--- I guess the Alberta taxpayer would appreciate an answer on that one so they can start to enjoy some of the benefits that the "have not" provinces (like MANITOBA & Nova Scotia) enjoy at the Albertan taxpayer's expense. cybercoma Posted June 29, 2012 Report Posted June 29, 2012 Taxes consistently went down for years after the NDP was elected in Manitoba. Not to mention the NDP's platform proposes ZERO tax on small businesses. Quote

gunrutz Posted June 29, 2012 Report Posted June 29, 2012 Wait a minute... You folks usually fall in line with ( I originally used the word "slurp") authority like it's nobody's business... But because the police think The Dips have a good idea it's a bad idea? Its strange that you can say that when you folks continually support the desire of police to have everything they think is a good idea, just who is it that wants that police state now? But then if history is a guide it isn't always the political right, it isn't so much a dirty little secret as it is one were just supposed to ignore. Quote
gunrutz Posted June 29, 2012 Report Posted June 29, 2012 Ya you forgot to add "NDP idea supported by police" WWWTT Another vote for the police state. Quote
