Signals.Cpl Posted April 15, 2012 Report Posted April 15, 2012 No I believe they do their homework so that the Shady things they do are within the law. Unlike other parties. The NDP went from nobody in 4th place to the second place party in a short time, give it time the dirty laundry will come. The NDP is just as corrupt as the Conservatives and liberals, the only reason the NDP hasn't been caught is because they were nobody, soon enough the magnifying glass will drop on them and the storm will come. Every little action will be scrutinized and just like the conservatives every little action that is wrong will be exaggerated and amplified. Quote Hope for the Best, Prepare for the Worst
capricorn Posted April 15, 2012 Report Posted April 15, 2012 I believe the conservatives are the only party with a realistic approach to keeping Canada's economy afloat, the other parties seem to make promises but I don't know how realistic their plan is when it comes to paying for their promises. And that approach appears to be paying off with regard to the reducing the deficit. The Parliamentary Budget Officer says the Conservatives are on track to balancing the books in 2015-16. Now that's the kind of news Canadians can sink their teeth into. Quote "We always want the best man to win an election. Unfortunately, he never runs." Will Rogers

I wish I knew before 2 pages of posting that this argument worked worked on you and that your logic was that bad I would have just saved us all the time and said. "The only reason you don't know about the Billion dollars the Cons stole is because no one looked hard enough" Seriously read what you are writing form the first page and see how your arguments have contradicted themselves. Signals.Cpl Posted April 15, 2012 Report Posted April 15, 2012 You have absolutely no idea how illogical you're being, do you? I mean what a stupid claim: "So you believe that the NDP is infallible." On top of punked highlighting just how illogical you can be, you just keep going by creating a strawman in the next post. I will go along with you, the NDP is the only party in the History of Canada nay the world that is infallible, it is the only party that has ever existed which has not and will never be corrupt. This party of the people will once elected fix all of the problems of the country and then move out and fix the problems of the world starting with the US because they are not blessed with the gift of having a party as pure and perfect as the NDP. capricorn Posted April 15, 2012 Report Posted April 15, 2012 Too bad they reduced food inspections and border security, as well as screwing over senior citizens to do it. Fear mongering as usual. Today's seniors are not affected by the changes to the OAS and the change will only take effect in 2023. Good thing too since seniors have tended to vote Conservative and most probably will continue to do so. The blue rinse and white haired crowd are a powerful constituency. Ok, so I am convinced that you didn't read a things I have said, mainly because I made the statement that all political parties are corrupt a few pages back. Not my fault you didn't read my comment. I believe all parties are equally corrupt I have never hidden that fact if you choose to read only select parts of my posts that is not my problem. Quote Hope for the Best, Prepare for the Worst

cybercoma Posted April 15, 2012 Author Report Posted April 15, 2012 I will go along with you, the NDP is the only party in the History of Canada nay the world that is infallible... I'm not even going to read the rest. Do yourself a favour and have someone read the posts to you. Ask lots of question and have them explain them to you, since apparently you're having a really hard time understanding them on your own. Quote

Either you believe that the NDP is just like any other party and is just as corrupt as any other party or you believe that the NDP has managed something that no other organization has managed to do and that is select members that are completely above corruption. It seems to me that the NDP supporters are quick to accuse the Conservatives of being corrupt, and generally blame them for everything that happens wether they have control over the situation or not, and in general seems that when the tables are turned NDP supporters don't like the heat. Until now the NDP was behind the BQ, no one took them seriously enough, but now that the NDP is the official opposition the scrutiny will begin. Just watch, when you were irrelevant nobody cared but I suspect that the Conservatives and the Liberals as well as the BQ or what remains of it are digging for dirt, and soon, the tables will be turned most likely at the most inconvenient time for the NDP, during the next election. madmax Posted April 15, 2012 Report Posted April 15, 2012 Well local ridding associations were reimbursed with tax payer money for money they never really spent so what do you call it? I know a few campaign managers that saw the scam for exactly what it was and told the Conservative Head office to take a hike. But alot of these scams happened between the Head Office and Conservative Ridings in Quebec and a number of the weak ridings in Ontario. Quote

Signals.Cpl Posted April 15, 2012 Report Posted April 15, 2012 "Greece almost collapsed! Quick! Fire food inspectors!" Im genuinely curious how the Conservatives start the fires they are putting out now. Did they force the Greeks, or anyone else to take on more debt then they could afford? Or were the conservatives responsible for the nosedive of the US economy? The actions taken by the conservatives today are meant to ensure that the major problems of today are dealt with promptly rather then leave them to another government and another generation to deal with the disasters that they become. capricorn Posted April 15, 2012 Report Posted April 15, 2012 RBC's chief economist last month said that with the current trends, the budget could be balanced by 2014 - 2015. Actually, that story says so too. Yes, I saw that in the Citizen's article. I wanted to draw specific attention to the PBO's analysis of the numbers because with some people, Kevin Page's words are sacrosanct and not to be questioned.
