Boo frickin' hoo....what a self centered pity pot you live in. I'll bet they get plenty of eulogies and obituaries. Who do you think you are...the keeper of the damned? Jobs made a lot more people happy than you ever will.

And Jobs made a lot more people happy than the people he sees dying from cancer. I hate these pathetic and fake online events of moral outrage from these leftists, who act like everyone in this world is equal in every single way. Personally, I think the media is spending way too much time talking about Steve Jobs' death and they're lionizing him in weird and creepy ways, but it's be an even bigger waste of time if they profiled from random schmuck that died from cancer that Sir Bandelot made eye contact with in the palliative care ward when he was going to service room #3 to get the bucket and mop.

Who said he's a great guy? We're making jokes about him being cremated and buried in an iPod Nano. I don't give a damn about Jobs, but I respect his business acumen and sense for his market.

In my work I see people who are dying of cancer every day. Many of them are good, decent upstanding folks. They do good things for their community. Nobody writes them a tearful eulogy when they die. We all go to the same place, rich or poor, good or bad.

I'm sure most of them get a tearful eulogy when they die, from their friends and relatives. People that are more widely known, have affected more people throughout their lives, get eulogies from a larger range of people. Boo freaking hoo.

In case you hadn't noticed, we're not lining up hear to worship at the altar of Steve Jobs. He's an interesting character and he had certain fantastic gifts ...

Lies.

I won't bother to go back and pick out all the posts. I can read, Bob.

And I was watching to see how long it takes for you people to start talk about the value of his stock. The body wasn't even cold yet, and some were already checking it. What a bunch of animals. Sickening, really sickening.

But then you come marching in with the usual anti-success bullshit leftist rhetoric, spouting off about this or that crap that you saw from a bunch of likeminded resentful leftists on some PBS "documentary".

Actually the PBS comment was made up, to give you clowns a rise. There is no PBS documentary.

Right...it has nothing to do with Jobs being a great guy or not...frankly he was an arrogant prick...but the market says his products were outstanding and Apple has the profits to prove it. This guy mattered.....

It's not "his" stock. It's stock of a publicly traded company. The world's second largest, in fact. Millions of people check its value every day. It's not like we were bartering little pieces of Jobs meat to keep as souvenirs.

Hahahaha your feigned moral outrage is beautiful. As if anybody in here should give a damn about Steve Jobs. First we're kissing his ass, and now we're not being sensitive enough about his death? Make up your mind, are we pathetic Apple fanboys who idolize Jobs as a titan of industry, or we cold and calculating conservatives with so little compassion as to be talking about how Apple will perform going forward without Jobs? I guess you'll make up whatever bullshit you feel like as long as you can try to insult us.

Sir Bandelot wants AC360 to profile John and Jane Doe from palliative care room #3. I mean, they're humans too, why don't they have death groupies lining up to worship at their altars?

Ok....can we a have a moment of silence for all the "little people" who died of cancer today? It's the least we can do.

I'd buy a piece of Steve Jobs and sell it on eBay if I could make some money doing it.

Some people just can't seem to accept the fact that it's success, brilliance, innovation, that makes much of the world look up to someone, not just being a nice charitable guy.

You and I are on the same page, here. It's funny seeing Sir Bandelot have an online hissy fit while he rants about the "little people" according to his bullshit humanistic worldview. I mean, we're all equal, right? Why aren't we profiling all the kids that died in Somalia today from starvation, malaria, and HIV/AIDS? I mean, they're people too, right? Damn Anderson Cooper for not acknowledging their humanity.

Well, you can be charitable with other people's money and pretend to be some sort of political Robin Hood, and then you get sickeningly lionized in death. See Exhibit A - Jack Layton.

Well if it makes him feel any better, I'm sure that Mother Theresa got lots of flowers and candles too, but no apples.

It's nice to watch all the barn animals jump in and start crowing, when one of their celebrities bites it. As though that person was somehow special. And they were, to people like you who want what they have. Unbridled ambition... steal from people... and admire others who do likewise.

Well, the only reason people care about Jack Layton is the same: his success. He was a leader of a political party and had just taken his party to the height of its popularity. Even among socialists, it's the successful, the important, those who stand out, that get the adoration and the recognition. Like Orwell said: all animals are equal, but some are more equal than others.

What you are is a bunch of slavering dogs who want to be like him, and step on anyone who gets in the way to power and success. That is where your feigned admiration and respect comes from. And it is demonstrated.

No...I do not want pancreatic cancer, especially if it means having to meet someone like you in hospice.

No barn animals in here. We don't give a damn about Steve Jobs. I know I certainly won't shed a tear over his death, let alone experience an ounce of sadness. As has been said, he was an interesting and important man in his time, and he's worth talking about.

And again, you continue to reveal your own pathetic and covetous leftist nature, where all successful people were ruthless to get where they were. In your mind, one cannot be successful and moral at the same time. Keep on throwing around bullshit about Steve Jobs "stealing his success" while you stay angry cleaning urine spills in the hospital.

Well let's see...we have hundreds of millions of people buying Apple products and acknowledging Jobs' death around the planet...and then we have....you...a network of one. Good luck with that....

We've already discussed the shitty Apple business practises, primarily regarding Apple's obsession with using proprietary hardware and forcing its customers, as often as is possible, to buy Apple-compatible hardware. We discussed that before you came in here. None of us are Apple fanboys, either. For the tenth time, we're simply discussing an interesting man of great success who was gifted in several ways. Doesn't mean we give a damn about him. Anyways, I've already had my laughs with you... it's time to move on.

We all know you are incapable of feeling anything for anyone, Bob. You've made that clear time and again.

Your claim that I despise success is baseless. It is yet another one of your broad, absurd assertions. You really should avoid making sweeping generalizations like that, because it makes you look like a jackass. I am successful myself, and believe a person has the right to achieve whatever success they're capable of. But I do not respect anyone who's ruthless, or callous. That is the difference.
