nittanylionstorm07 Posted June 9, 2011 Report Posted June 9, 2011 I have to say that Helene Laverdiere (NDP-Laurier-Ste Marie, QC) is really, really impressive. Not just because she defeated Gilles Duceppe, but because she is extremely knowledgeable about International Affairs, her questions during QP are spot on so far, and she has a firm voice in what she believes in. What say you? Quote
mikedavid00 Posted June 9, 2011 Report Posted June 9, 2011 she has a firm voice in what she believes in. Maybe she should start believing in her own riding rather than being a pro on international issues. Quote ---- Charles Anthony banned me for 30 days on April 28 for 'obnoxious libel' when I suggested Jack Layton took part in illegal activities in a message parlor. Claiming a politician took part in illegal activity is not rightful cause for banning and is what is discussed here almost daily in one capacity or another. nittanylionstorm07 Posted June 9, 2011 Author Report Posted June 9, 2011 Maybe she should start believing in her own riding rather than being a pro on international issues. Oh okay. I suppose Harper should start believing in his own riding rather than going to a hockey game or the G8, too. Quote
CPCFTW Posted June 9, 2011 Report Posted June 9, 2011 Who is your favourite new Republican mouthpiece? Mine is Donald Trump. His questions about the president are spot on and he has a firm voice in what he believes in. Quote

jbg Posted June 10, 2011 Report Posted June 10, 2011 (edited) Maybe she should start believing in her own riding rather than being a pro on international issues. Has she been to her own riding? Does she speak French? I can't decide. There are too many new NDP MPs who I love for making the NDP look like more of a joke. And not a particularly funny one at that. His questions about the president are spot on and he has a firm voice in what he believes in. Yes, for example, his stated belief that "the world is ruining [America]." Quite the philosopher. jbg Posted June 18, 2011 Report Posted June 18, 2011 Also Ruth-Ellen Brosseau Some Republican. Maybe she is anti-monarchist? In fact when she's not tipsy I'd bet on it.
