In the real examples Iv seen usage DID NOT go up when drugs were decriminalized. What went up was the number of people seeking TREATMENT. I'd think twice about that statement. Most of them have already sought treatment and don't like what has been offered. Quote I want to be in the class that ensures the classless society remains classless.
