Saving America money clearly something Shady and all Republicans will be against.

CBO: Health-care reform bill cuts deficit by $1.3 trillion over 20 years, covers 95%

Washington has spent the past week or so waiting for the Congressional Budget Office to release its preliminary estimate of the Senate bill with the reconciliation fixes. Not only are those numbers important for the debate, but Democratic leaders refuse to release the actual text of their changes until CBO releases the specifics of its analysis.

According to a Democratic source, CBO has finished its work and will release the official preliminary score later today. But here are the basic numbers: The bill will cost $940 billion over the first 10 years and reduce the deficit by $130 billion during that period. In the second 10 years -- so, 2020 to 2029 -- it will reduce the deficit by $1.2 trillion. The legislation will cover 32 million Americans, or 95 percent of the legal population.

Hopefully the Dems get this past for the sake of the American people and can get past the party of no on this one. Just for good measure here are some republicans in Columbus yelling at a guy because he has Parkinson's and thinks Health Care needs reform in America.

It actually doesn't cut the deficit at all. It's all tricks and gimmicks, something the Dems are great at. It's 6 years of spending, but 10 years of taxes. As well, they double count $500 billion dollars. They cut it from medicare and count it as savings, but then they spend it on the new program. It's math only Bernie Madoff could appreciate!

All you have to do is listen to DEMOCRAT Lawrence O'Donnell. He fought for Clinton's health reform in the 90's, and he's also for a single-payer system for America. Are you calling him a liar?

BTW, CBO can't score the real healthcare legislation until it's been reconciled. They even commented on that when they released their initial estimate. But don't let facts get in the way of your rants.

AMERICA has a private health system that is worth trillions of dollars to big buisness - seeing big buisness controls congress - how the hell do they expect to create a public system? It is impossible - it would be like AMERICA becoming something else - going against every thing that it is! The drug companies are already preparing for the worst if there is the emergence of real socialized health care - instead of a pill costing 5 bucks it will be 50 bucks - no matter what-AMERICA will never stop being AMERICA. Those that are against the passing of Obamas bill are billionares and their lackies along with common people who actually think rich people will take care of them - not going to happen.
