"Not crimminally responsible" does not mean he is not responsible - so who do they imagine is responsible? God ? or maybe the victim...someone is responsible somewhere? If he is allowed to wander in time and he kills again- then I say take the committee and the lawyer who made this hater NOT responsible - responsible - give them all 20 years in jail if he kills - that should make someone careful about who and what the release on society...IF - the experts knew that they would become crimminally responsible - they would not release him ever - How can you let anyone go free - after they chopped your head off...this hater chopped the head off every Canadian that he hated - which is all of us!

Are you intentionally playing at being a fool. "Not criminally responsible" means that he was, for whatever reason, in a psychological state where he could not comprehend the nature of his actions. The man was delusional, hearing voices that told him to do it. It's precisely the same logic applied if, say, someone with a borderline intellect or a young child commits a serious crime.

You really are a tragic piece of work. I'm beginning to wonder what you're particular mental disorders are.

There would be a lot less "crazy murderous attacks" in Canada if we all didn't stigmatize mental illness so much to the extent that people would rather avoid admitting they have a problem and as a result not seeking assistance.

All of this talk of "locking up the crazies" actually is a sort of self-fulfilling prophecy. People don't go get diagnosed because they're afraid of being locked up, which means that there is no intervention in their lives until they do something violent. If our mental health system was less oppressive, and if we were all more knowledgeable and understanding of mental health, we wouldn't have nearly as many "crazy people" on the streets potentially doing harms to others, but mostly harm to themselves.

"Assistance" ? Like the jerk who was under the care of local shrinks that pushed the teenagers into an on coming subway train - the jerk that said - to para phrase ... I did not take my "don't push people on to the track PILL" Or maybe the poor sweet blood drinking head chopper that will say after he is coddled and coached " I am sorry I did not take my DON'T CHOP OFF OTHER PEOPLES HEAD PILL!

Mental medical "assistance" is geared around medications - and no one wants to admit in this INDUSTRY- That altering someones brain chemistry does not create a wonderful and kind person - it creates robots - Look a the Colombine High School shooters - some of them were under the "assistance" of chemicals - and chemicals sometimes cause suicidal ideations -------------and if the side effect is suicidal - I am sure it can also be homocideal...............the medical community fails to acknowledge a little thing called evil.

This head chopper sat there and thought clearly - and made the decision - "I hate that sleeping young white man and I am gong to kill him - and he did -------------crimminal or non-crimminal only the KILLER is responsible.
