The Sunday Telegraph said the figure could be as high as $368 billion Cdn. Holy Toledo. That's a lot of coin to bail out the banks. Yikes. Quote

Another 368 billion sounds almost meaningless, like a galaxy that's far far away. But you say its new, is it improved too?
