It may be because I'm young and stubborn ie conforming is not something I do, but I really don't think that any of the parties deserve to lead the country after the circus that was the house of commons for the past two years. Harper and Dion both need to shut up and worry about their own platforms instead of slagging each other like a couple of 4 year olds on the play ground, ultimately not a quality I look for in a Prime Minister. Mr. Layton is too slick for his own good, he's got too much of a used car salesman feel to him to trust with running a country. Mr. Duceppe is also quite a greasy character....Maybe one of the parties should make a promise to only make policies that won't interfere or interact with the lives of ordinary citizens and keep that promise, on pain of death in a horrible fashion of course, I'd vote for them in a heart beat.

How could that even be possible as long as there were a government?

There are some 30 million Canadians or about 20 million over 18 years old. Of the 20 million, about 4 million speak only French and the other 16 million or so are spread between Newfoundland and Vancouver. Canada Needs a Restart, do you speak French and English? Have you been to Newfoundland and Vancouver Island?

Canada is a country of regions. Any politician who can appeal to people in two languages across this country deserves our respect.

Most Anglo politicians are utter failures. In this federal election, we have two that can manage: Layton and Harper.

Canadaneedsarestart, Canada is a difficult, fascinating country. With time, you may come to appreciate the country and society God has given you the wonderful chance to be born into.
