Oleg Bach Posted November 20, 2007 Report Posted November 20, 2007 I have a lot of hispanics down here in the US I am willing to part with. You are more than welcome to them. There is a difference in the migratant in the southern USA and the immigrant that comes to Canada. There is an air of sterness and authority in Canada..immigrants behave for the most part. Where as your Hispanics are just moving north to land they once occupied not to long ago - so they do not feel like guests but owner returning. Canada has scarier bureacrats...that must be it...a bit of old left over colonialist "welcome to the farm - the bunk house is over there now get to work" You Americans are just to free and easy and maybe they take advantage of the freedom..Canada is just a bit more restictive..and that is probably a good thing - or the folks on the bus would be making me sit at the back....that's humor....we are just more English in attitude I guess..probably more so than England at present..seeing she is now a European nation.
