One doesn't have to be reduced to lower the population. One must simply have a rate no higher than 2 people per family and defend one's territory.

It's not a strawman. GHuxley has openly expressed his desire to maintain Canada's roots as a Eurocentric country so anything he has to say about empty houses and unpaid taxes has to take into account that this is a poster with personal biases against non-Europeans.
Please quote that. I made no mention of Eurocentrism. In fact I would prefer Canada embraced its indigenous heritage over that of importing newcomers into indigenous lands for profit.

Many a times you've said your issue is about maintaining "Canadian" culture but what I'm getting in your post here is that your issue is empty houses and unused citizenship cards.
So are you now basically saying that you don't have a problem with Chinese families who actually want to raise a family in Canada or is it just their Chineseness that bothers you?
I have multiple problems with what is happening. My main problem with the Chinese is their inability to control their population and their massive takeover of world resources and space. There are 38 Canadians to every mainland Chinese. The Chinese should demonstrate their ability to find balance with nature in their own country before overrunning the rest of the world and turning it into an industrial wasteland like they have China.

If Canada's current immigration rate stays the same, our natural population growth would become negative by 2020. Increased global competition for high skilled workers requires Canada to address this issue so we can fill our labour market needs.
If Canada doesn't change our immigration policy with other countries we will be left behind in innovation and entrepreneurship.

You are confused once again. The paper, from back in 2011, stated that if rates remained the same, then Canada's population growth would be constant.
Do you understand that? It's not a bad thing. And our immigration rate did not remain the same, it increased substantially. So our population growth will get faster. More people crowding into our cities. More forest and farmland paved over for housing tracts. Yaaaaay.

There are lots of picks of people who have messed up their countries beyond recognition. Maybe we should start considering how good Canada is now and preserve that instead of recklessly, irresponsibly and unwisely bringing other people's problems here.

Well, if you consider citizenship valuable you have to ask how a person that happens to squirt out of a Canadian uterus, has done more to earn that value than someone that squirts out of a foreign visitors uterus. Why would you think that person would make a better citizen?
That person would be descended from those who who built this country, so they are continuing the legacy, cultures and traditions of this country. If you think the Chinese would do a better job. Go live in China for awhile.

It's pretty pointless talking about immigration with people who don't even know how the immigration process works.
Its pretty obvious how it works. You book a birthing home in Vancouver fly to Canada give birth to a kid and then fly back to your home country.

Let me tell you the story of how I got a passport! Yes, a Canadian passport.
A company in Montreal calls me at home in Quebec city "You working?"
"Well, sort of. Washing dishes for minimum wage", I answer.
"We need you on a ship thats sailing in three days, can you get here tomorrow?"
"Sure thing"
Off I go to Montreal, the sudden departure putting my marriage under extreme stress to say the least.
The next day at the office it suddenly occurs to the boss that Jeez I hope he's got a passport..."You have a passport?"
"No no I don't. Just the sailors book"
"Allright. Get down to our lawyers right away and have them fill out this form"
He pulls a single sheet document out of the filing cabinet and hands it to me. "Get going"
Off I go to the lawyers on St.John street . Of course there is no St.John street in Montreal. After some confusion
he straightens that out on the phone "Oh, it is St.Jacques, but we Anglo's call it St.John street. Not helpful, I know. Anyways Hurry UP"
Finally I arrive before the retained lawyer and tell him the company wants him to give me a passport.
"Why would I give you a passport? I don't even know you?"
"I know, so they gave me this document to fill out"
He peruses the document..."Whats this?"
"It says that yes you do not know me but you have seen my ID and you believe that I am Canadian and I am who I say I am"
He studies the document some more...
"Well, alright then" and signs and then I rush off to the passport office where I produce the lawyer signed document and am handed a passport.
Marvellous system. They think of everything.
The ID you got by giving a couple mortgage bills and a hydro bill without a birth certificate?

So you consider Chinese citizenship more valuable than Canadian citizenship, since they don't give it away like candy. -

If that's all you consider your citizenship to be worth, then you shouldn't have any problem using that paper as fuel for a fire to keep warm.

We already have a lower birthrate than 2 children per family.
All that has to happen is that we don't allow immigration beyond spouses and the rare exception for excellence.
Also people beyond a certain number of children should be sterilized e.g. the mormon with 133 kids, but that's not actually necessary even, merely enforcing strict immigration as immigrants have much higher family sizes.
