On an unrelated topic, I notice you're into boxing...I boxed a little when I was young, mainly because my older brother wanted a practice target when he wasn't at the gym. I still practice on a heavy bag in my basement, but the fill has pretty much settled at the bottom...good for a workout nevertheless.
