Of course he's going to deny it. To admit it would make him complicit in the tortures that were clearly going on.Hillier's either lying or he's a complete idiot.
-
Your puppet president feels differently Gabriel.
-
That's rich.. a genocide supporter issuing lectures to others..YOU have a lot in common with the Taliban yourself. Maybe we should classify you as a supporter of terrorism.
-
Your own words from page 1. Nutcase.
-
Actually I believe most would label you (correctly) as a right wing extremist nut case who's worthy of being placed on a watch list for your own borderline genocidal supporting views and comments.

Can you imagine the howls of outrage from the Cons on here if a Liberal PM done this.

Conservative flyers 'clearly defamatory,' judge rules
JaysFan replied to JaysFan's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
What was despicable was for the Conservative candidate to openly lie and publish defamatory flyers about his opponent. It's sad in a pathetic kind of way that the Conservative candidate felt that he had to resort to those tactics. He must have been feeling extremely desperate about his chances. -
Expert says Cadman tape not altered: court record
JaysFan replied to jdobbin's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
That's the way I read it too independent. Essentially what that says is, it backs up what the Conservative's expert has already said and which contradicts Harper's testimony. That the crucial part of the tape had not been altered. -
Friends of former Defence Minister Gordon O'Connor??? Needless to say, it appears the Conservatives were doing business with a company that has some deep rooted racist tendencies to it. Source

You'd be surprised at how wrong you are with that comment.I know of many 30 and 40 year olds that would consider it a major issue and quite likely vote for someone that made it a plank of their platform. The days of Ward Cleaver and Fred Rutherford are long gone. Sorry to break it to you.

Canadian soldiers choose to sign up to serve in the military. If they die, they have done so knowingly because they knew and accepted the risks and state of the military going in.Innocent people died at the hands of the Conservatives cuts. Innocent people that were completely unaware of the risks of eating the food products and unaware that they were no longer properly being inspected. Big difference.
-
Making light of Canadians deaths are you? That is the Conservatives message right?
-
Apparently you're impaired on the Cons kool aid. Try reading the captions on the newspaper and listening to the opening statements. "As Canadians were dying because of failed food safety measures" The man Harper put in charge was worrying about politics"
-
Somehow that promise pales in comparison to one of accountability in which 18 people have lost their lives due to the Conservatives policies.I can see why you'd want to make the issue about Dion though. Anything to take the spotlight off of someone that's defending the actions of someone who's policies resulted in Canadians dying needlessly and cracking jokes about their deaths.
-
No, you didn't imagine the Chretien era at all. Although I'm sure many Conservatives have a very selective memory of the Conservatives own negative advertising.http://archives.cbc.ca/politics/prime_mini...ics/2084-12983/
-
Of course that's your opinion based on your own biased Conservative views right? The ad is all about accountability and how Harper refuses to accept his Minister and his government's role in it.
-
Flip FlopOne word comes to mind, contradiction. Of course you don't. God forbid you'd find yourself trying to defend the refusal of the Conservatives to be held accountable for their actions, something which the Liberals new ad points out.
-
Sorry I'm not up on the latest of Cons acronyms. Who specifically is Mr Cable?I mention Walkerton because the comparisons are very real. Both the result of Conservative cuts to proper government run inspections
-
Wrong. You had a problem with the Liberals ad because it holds the Conservatives accountable for their actions. You implied that the Liberals were wrong to do so. Oh I get it, you're still dodging the question of accountability with your spin.

Gibberish?Gibberish as in your spinning the message and your complete dodge of why Canadians shouldn't be holding the Conservatives accountable for their actions? It's obvious you're well versed in how not to accept accountability.
-
So you don't believe in holding those responsible accountable for their actions then?Ok. Apparently it's perfectly acceptable to you that the Conservatives break their word of being an accountable government. So much for the Conservatives promises of accountability eh?
-
Political opportunism? I think of it as the Liberals demanding accountability of the Conservatives for the deaths of 18 Canadians due to the Conservatives mindless cuts. It was their de-regulation of meat inspection which led to this. It was their failure to accept the basic responsibility of government in the safety of the Canadian food supply. See Walkerton redeux:
