  1. If its wrong now it was wrong then. Or are you so devoid of morality it takes a supreme court ruling to decide for you what your morality and ethics are.
  2. Bull. I think you need to be reminded who was in charge when Khadr was captured and sent to gitmo.
  3. I have met many 20 year olds that are still children and far from responsible adults.
  4. Get a life! We've got more important things to talk about then the failed political career of the convenient Canadian.
  5. Thats backwards human rights and democracy create wealth.
  6. 7. Considering you are looking for corporate donations your going to be wasting your time. If you think you are going to find some large donation your again going to be disappointed from a CEO your going to be disappointed. Elections Canada audits all the financial returns. IF a donation is less then $200 names aren't published. Go have fun on your witch hunt can't wait for you to try to claim some politician was "bought" for a $1100 donation. Secondly if you want to find the donations for the parties and their EDA's poke around the site its not terribly hard to find, but you seem to want other people to do your own research for you and its not going to happen. If you really can't figure it out elections Canada has a phone number, maybe you should try calling it.
  8. Are you capable of coming up with any answers on your own?
  9. Then don't bother coming to the site you won't be missed.
  10. I never realized the elections Canada website was so hard to use, I've always had such an easy time with it.
  11. The Macdonald Douglas who originally built the cf-18 no longer exists, they were bought by Boeing, so if you want to buy parts guess who is the only company who supplies those parts. Lockheed will not be producing anything for the cf-18. Simple stuff really why do you find it so hard to understand?
  12. MS your brain must be dog food. You do realize that corporate donations are illegal as is donating over $1100 per person to either a constituency association or political party right? You would think you would have picked that up by now it is rather basic.
  13. L-M-A-O the comedic value of this thread is overwhelming, I needed a laugh today guys thanks!
  14. Just the difference in the aircraft would make it advantageous as it is already set up for arresting gear landings, which is a requirement for them to operate from forward bases ion the Canadian north. Larger wing surface means higher lift lower take off speeds, it has the ability of carrying external wing racks.(more ordinance). These were a lot of the same reasons the f-18 won the bid in the last procurement of fighters.
  15. Nothing I have seen says we will be getting the A variant. I imagine the tender will be put out for the Naval variant. It has a larger wing area to allow it to take off at lower speeds and will have a tail hook allowing it to operate from our forward operating bases.
  16. Now why would armed Russian bombers need to be that close to Canadian/North American air space? I wonder what they were testing.
  17. Why don't you read up on Air power and its tactics I doubt you would like what it says. I wonder how a couple of carrier wings of Harriers managed to hold off the entire Argentine air-force. One that was well equipped and larger then the British force.
  18. I've written party policy have you? Have you even been invited to participate? Have you even sat down to coffee with a party leader provincial or otherwise? A typical junior 20 something nothing.
  19. Oh ya the media golden boy in the UK oooo so much the real world. That idiot couldn't lead a thirsty horse to water.
  20. The first thing you learn in business my friend is waste is the enemy. The facts are on my side look at the mess created by the last generation of polisci students. US economy is circling the drain and the answer spend more....what a farce. Europe is but a shadow of its former self, and broke. The world is no more peaceful then its ever been, we just don't call wars wars anymore. They are conflicts police action ect. Yup the university educated government specialist has but one answer to fix it all, we need more government. I am oh so impressed.
  21. Tactics have been developed long ago alone with weapons to deal with SAM sites. You can't have air superiority without being in the air. Time for more recommended reading Air Power: from Kitty Hawk to Gulf War II: A History of the People, Ideas and Machines That Transformed War in the Century of Flight [Hardcover] Stephen Budiansky (Author) Why Air Forces Fail: The Anatomy of Defeat edited by Robin Higham and Stephen J. Harris. University Press of Kentucky
  22. You know what most look for experience, and no matter how good the teacher they can't teach you experience. There is a reason why they say those who can't, teach. The liberal leader is a prime example, he looks like a floundering fool away from the Harvard campus trying to practice what he preached. Too rich.
