I am not a lawyer but i did live in the southern US for many years . Child Protective Services in the state i lived needed no more then an anonymous tip that children were being abused to enter private property or dwellings . There is no recession and i do not see one coming any time soon in Canada ,hence the sky is falling reference. Some of you would do well to look up and see what a recession is .

Maybe we can wait until we have a single month of negative growth in the GDP before we start screaming the sky is falling . Maybe we should wait until unemployment is above historic lows . Do you fear Gays during AIDS or Gay pride awareness week ? If Gays start flying jets into buildings or bombing buses, trains etc maybe i will take more notice of them as well .
