  1. Don't need more military just build stuff there, or let's be the first to set-up
  2. It's a disgusting and warped story for sure. However arming low-educated people with firearms just to transport people wouyld be disasterous.
  3. I voted conservative the last 2 federal elections but will not in the next election. I liked alot of what they did with the taxes, trying to make cellphone industry more competitive, and other issues but the new measures in crime are unacceptable(i.e. mandatory sentences). Harsh penalties for guns are appropriate but towards drugs they are being draconian. A more libertarian approach is needed
  4. Then opt for a more refined agreement then. Easy peezy japanezy. It shouldn't mean you be against the whole thing then.
  5. Your not a farmer, you don't know their issues.
  6. Baby Boomers probably have built up alot of equity. You don't need alot of savings if you can sell your house for a huge chunk of change.
  7. Leaders get paid more. Way of the World
  8. More burecracey involved. They should be simplifying things instead of adding more difficulties. Too much info too i think. Some kid doing the filing for a Real Estate office will know personal information,
  9. U of T can't compare. Harvard is another class entirely
  10. Harper should devote his time to matters of substance, not bedroom drama. That's his job. Not this meeting
  11. Free Trade is good for business on both sides. Labour Mobility would be awesome as well. I should have the freedom to sell goods to americans, made by mexicans via Canada trucks and have none of the regulatory nightmare that is here right now. In the end, I desire a set-up with one currency, and enough labour freedom to be able to get a job in America on whim.
  12. Political decison of no substance. DON'T TRY to pretend that this is important. This is stupid thread, and you know it. Talk about Child-care, Taxes, or Foreign policy etc
  13. LOL, there we go. I voted for the conservatives but i don't like this bill. Still i'm happy with the 2% GST cut so i think stick with them
  14. At least our taxes are lower and some old liberal programs are still in place.
