Lol...just saw Biden's speech on TV. What a desperate effort.
Thoughts?
Their Reichstag Fire. They'd like this to be a reason to say........delay the elections. Perhaps a diesel fuel shortage would be enough to call a national emergency. It's all up for grabs. Everything is on the table. They must win....but it seems they can not do it with an election.

This is what the Conservatives are offering us. Conspiracy Theories when we're faced with multiple crises that need serious attention...You can pretend that the WEF doesn't exist if you must.
Multiple crises that they created.

While I admire your undying support for Jeffery Epstein, I doubt he could have become your candidate for President while breathing let alone now.

Eve. Not history...but loads of fun...even the free play account. No spyware...you can grind your way to a premium account. Based in Iceland of all places. The wife and I play often.
With this link you can sign-up with 1,000,000 free skill points which you can use to make yourself fairly tough right off the bat. Requirements: a gaming computer would be ideal...but Eve has lower end graphic settings for those with less than Alienware rigs.

He's the Russian version of Killary. People who have dirt on her commit suicide by shooting themselves in the back of the head.
Rumour has it that one guy committed suicide with a bow and arrow, and another guy fell down an elevator shaft onto some bullets.
Agreed.

The ballistic missile subs are MAD stuff. The killers are the SSNs Los Angeles & Seawolf classes. Though as we've discussed before, the ballistic missile subs converted to mass cruise missile platforms are a class unto themselves, now (SSGNs Ohio, Michigan, Florida and Georgia).

Sorry, was thinking the IJN night attack during the Guadalcanal landings was the Coral Sea... my bad.
Point was that we're never going to see purely naval engagements again. Aircraft ended that 80 years ago, anti-ship missiles make them obsolete now.
Savo Island...a bloodbath for the USN.

Well it's 2022. When was the last time ships battled each other with their guns? Coral Sea 1942? Leyte Gulf 1944?
They're just to drive away pirates.
Leyte Gulf was the last big fleet vs fleet engagement such that it was. The poor IJN got served. Coral Sea the two fleets never saw each other.

I checked the map and I was somewhat surprised how southern Canada actually is. I thought a much larger proportion of Canada would be north of the 60th. Kinda ruins Canada's reputation of being a winterland.
Yet something like half of Canada's territory is north of the 60th and 1/40 of the population live in that area. That must have created serious challenges for the federal government.
In Finland we are told that of all the people north of the 60th something like a third are Finns as Finland is entirely within that area.
Has to be admitted though that the Gulf-stream makes life easier. In Canada you don't have that advantage.
North of the the Pr George/Edmonton/Saskatoon/Winnipeg line...there's heck of a lot of wilderness and not much else. Ontario and Quebec are pretty much all wilderness outside the Windsor/Hamilton to Quebec City area. The Maritimes are also fairly devoid of much outside Halifax/St John/St John's areas. We cram the bulk into Lotus Land (Vancouver and the Island) and Toronto/Montreal. Shoehorn them all together...
