I have a 25 dollar a month Koodo plan for my iPhone. When I purchase a 25 dollar voucher it costs me 29.95 even at the Koodo Telus outlet in Jackson square Hamilton Ontario. Then instead of Koodo removing 25 dollars from my wallet, they remove 29 dollars. I’m on a 25 dollar plan which winds up costing me $33.95 in total every month. Very deceptive. I have a screenshot of the receipt I got at the Koodo Telus Jackson square location in which I was also charged $1.50 epin service charge when apparently there isn’t suppose to be a service charge when you purchase the voucher at a Koodo - Telus location. That just happened to me today. Telus has been removing 29 dollars from my wallet for over a year on a 25 dollar plan.
