But Fox's unethical reporting has generated a hugh lawsuit against them. I would hope that if other network screw the pooch as bad as Fox dud with this Dominion mess, they will receive the same fate.

From what I've read, I'm going to assume Fox will receive a monetary judgement against them. How big that will be will have to be hashed out by both parties.

To be fair, Fox opened itself up to all this scrutiny by attacking Dominion. Fox brought this upon themselves. And I agree that any other network that indiscriminately spreads falsehoods about international corporations (etc) should earn the exact same fate.

Let's assume for a moment that all the overblown hyperbole generated by by right-wing media were true. You are still advocating taking the choice out of the hands of parents and trained medical professionals and placing it in the hands of legislators. And, IMHO, that should be avoided at all costs.

The chickens have already come to roost. There's Newsmax and OAN as well as a whole slew of am and FM radio alt-right halfwits. But Fox dominates them all. And I don't think fox has the capability of ethical reporting. So I think that if the Dominion suit rightfully guts Fox, that would be "fair and balanced".

Unfortunately, what's now happening is the decisions to resort to gender affirming care is being taken out of the hands of parents and doctor and laid at the feet of legislators who have absolutely no training nor experience in the field. I certainly agree with you that gender affirming surgery should not occur until a person is at least 18, unless not taking action would lead to other complications (such as suicide.)

To a certain point, sure. But now court documents have surfaced which prove fox has wilfully spread false information about the 2020 election. On air they'd say the election was stolen, yet off the air they all shared that they held the belief that Donald's claims were false. This garbage was a major breach of public trust and extremely damaging to our electoral system. They spread malicious propaganda with impunity and damaged our country. Straight up. So it's your contention that all of fox's viewers know that the election was not rigged and just watch Tucker lying to them because they find it entertaining? Wow.... Realistically, when has the World ever gone "back"? I have nostalgic feelings for the past as well. But I certainly do not ever make the mistake of thinking were ever going to go back. We won't ever stop "progressing".... Which, whether one likes it or not, makes us all "progressives".

Tucker used to work for CNN. I find it odd that your claiming right wing propaganda is a "niche" market. Their ratings tell a different tale. You do have a point. The film and modern entertainment industry has always been dominated by Jewish creators. And, these Jewish creators are known to definitely slant left. I wouldn't bet on that changing anytime soon either. Since our inception Americans have been getting more and more progressive. And frankly, attempting to stop "progress" is a fools errend.
