You need to brush up on your civics. 4th Amendment protections require federal agents to obtain a warrant signed by a judge or magistrate to enter a private dwelling, While a 2025 memo suggests ICE can legslly use administrative warrants to enter homes, this notion contradicts traditional, long-standing constitutional protections. Thus , ICE is breaking Constitutional law daily, terrorizing neighborshoods. Just because you "agree" with it, doesn't make it legal.
