  1. And yet there is no constitutional right to own a car. Maybe it's just me, (being this age and having seen a lot of life and learned so much) but I kinda trust the Constitution.
  2. I'm not holding my breath. The on-air talking heads don't seem to think there is anything wrong with their BS. Unlike Twitter, (who fired a BUNCH of dead wood) I don't know how a new boss at CNN would be able to solve the problem without running into a shit load of contract litigation.
  3. What would Officer Crack Ho have done at the scene. What would your solution be? Put hospital EMTs in danger by having them deal with this rabid animal? Or many just offer to sit down, hold hands with him and sing Kumbayah? This incident shows how constrained Chauvin was in that situation. Had I been the cop there, I would have just shot that animal several times and save the taxpayers a ton of money. That's why I'm not a cop. But you have all the answers. If someone takes a drug and goes bat shit crazy at your house, YOU handle it. Don't call the cops. I'm saying Chauvin didn't have a whole lot of options. And he apparently thought Floyd was a danger to himself and others.
  4. True to form, ACT DUMBER. Talk more stupidly. Bottom line, EVERY legal gun purchase in the state of Florida is on record. The transactions have to be recorded with the state. In fact, (and I found this out many years ago) when you are buying a gun in Florida with a check, it is actually a crime to bounce that check. The record of all legal gun purchases could easily be called a "registry." If it has some other name, that doesn't mean the record doesn't exist. I could call you stupid, ignorant, uneducated, bat guano for brains. They all mean the same thing and one doesn't cancel the other out.
  5. The fact that you tell the same lie over and over does not magically make it a fact.
  6. You need to read the links. It was OBVIOUS that he was unwell, and that he was going batshit CRAZY. He had to be subdued. I guess you believe he should have just been allowed to leave, maybe kill someone with his car.
  7. When it continues to hire racist losers like Don Lemon, it's not pulling its head out of anything.
  8. If that were true, there would be no CNN and no Democrat Party.
  9. https://www.yahoo.com/news/black-history-ap-class-rejected-140632844.html Black history class revised by College Board after criticism BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — A revised curriculum for a new Advanced Placement course on African American studies downplays some components that drew criticism from conservatives including Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who had threatened to ban the class in his state. In the official framework made public on Wednesday, topics such as Black Lives Matter, slavery reparations and queer theory are no longer subjects to be taught. They are included only on a list of topics that states and school systems could suggest to students for end-of-the-year projects. The rejection of the course by DeSantis, a possible Republican presidential candidate in 2024, stirred new political debate over how schools teach about race. Florida officials last month issued a chart that said it promoted the idea that modern American society oppresses Black people, was inappropriate, and uses articles by critics of capitalism. A spokesperson for DeSantis on Wednesday said the state education department is reviewing the revised curriculum for compliance with Florida law. The course is currently being tested at 60 schools around the U.S., and the official framework is intended to guide the expansion of the course to hundreds of additional high schools in the next academic year. The College Board, which oversees AP courses, said developers consulted with professors from more than 200 colleges, including several historically Black institutions. The College Board has been taking input also from teachers running the pilot classes as the draft curriculum has gone through several revisions over the last year. Critics accused the organization of bending to political pressure. “To wake up on the first day of Black History Month to news of white men in positions of privilege horse trading essential and inextricably linked parts of Black History, which is American history, is infuriating,” said David Johns, executive director of the National Black Justice Coalition. “The lives, contributions, and stories of Black trans, queer, and non-binary/non-conforming people matter and should not be diminished or erased.” More intelligent people are waking up to the sick and racist nature of these courses. Think about it. Imagine REPUBLICAN Dr. Martin Luther King Jr giving that "I Have A Dream" speech to hundreds of thousands of people, all in the hopes of one day American tax dollars paying for black queer studies at some left wing college campi. Imagine what Dr. King (a church MINISTER) would say about a philosophy (gay) in which half the congregation is kneeling.

  10. Nobody with an education takes him seriously, anyway.
  11. You know that Colonel Klink from California is going to run, (and he is arguably the WORST governor in the history of that cursed state.) Probably Kamala the Ugandan Giant. I wouldn't put it past Beatoff ORourk to run again.
  12. That trial was one of the worst railroading in history. The Jury was intimidated by all the rioting animals outside, (who tore the town up anyway, even after Chauvin was found guilty and sentence.) The autopsy said that he had a lethal dose of Fentanyl in his system. https://www.foxnews.com/us/medical-examiner-george-floyd-fentanyl-system Bottom line, without the drug, Floyd would be alive today, probably committing more violent crime.
  13. Actually, Chauvin wasn't the only cop there. And Floyd was going batshit berserk. A friend of mine up around Tampa was a deputy sheriff for a pretty long time. The thing that caused him to quit the force and choose another line of work was an incident he had with some PCP maniac. He took a call and the animal came at him. He wound up emptying his service revolver into the man's chest and the man kept coming. He finally was able to put the animal down by beating him with the pistol. The gun had more stopping power against a druggie as a club than it did as an actual firearm. The Colt 45 auto was invented around the turn of the 20th Century (legend has it) because a US Army soldier was defending himself against some Maori tribesman who was high on some local concoction and the same thing happened. Emptied the 38 in the guy's chest and had to use the barrel as a club to stop him. Probably Floyd's session of batshit crazy was one of the reasons why Chauvin did the neck press. to calm that animal down. Gee! Floyd would be alive if he hadn't consumed a lethal dose of Fentanyl.

  15. I just read history. Eugenics became a junk science before Hitler was born. You're really quite stupid, aren't you?
  16. But everyone says Hillary was the smartest person in the whole world.
  17. So far, nobody here has brought any of this stuff up. There are a lot of unanswered questions pertaining to the incident where Nichols wound up injured enough to die in three days. And this isn't any commentary on whether or not this or that happened. I'm going to assume the facts in evidence, particularly because they come from officers' body cams. 1. Anybody think it's strange that there are FIVE cops on the scene? I'm pretty sure that the average patrol car does not have FIVE cops riding in it. Usually, two cops sitting up front, with room in the back to transport a perp. According to this story, Nichols' reckless driving attracted the attention of several cars: https://thefederalist.com/2023/01/31/are-we-allowed-to-consider-law-enforcements-side-of-the-tyre-nichols-incident/ 2. Does anyone think it is strange that the body cams recorded the fact that the cops shouted 71 commands in a 13 minute period of time? https://www.foxnews.com/us/memphis-cops-reportedly-gave-tyre-nichols-71-commands-13-minutes-so-far-norm None of the articles specify who said what, but I'm pretty sure commands came from more than one officer. I just thought that was a big peculiar. 3. How does reckless driving figure into all of this? https://www.mytennesseedefenselawyer.com/criminal-charges/reckless-driving-laws/ Not all traffic offenses are as simple as a ticket. Sometimes a traffic offense can turn into a permanent mark on your record. A traffic citation for reckless driving is a criminal charge. Even though you may not have been arrested, handcuffed, and brought to jail, a ticket for reckless driving in Tennessee has the same seriousness as any misdemeanor criminal offense. So if Nichols WERE driving recklessly, (and so far there is no street cam footage to either prove or disprove that) this would be a traffic stop for a misdemeanor. We can't even be certain there was probably cause for the stop, although I'm pretty sure the footage will appear when the officers go to trial. Either that or their attorney should be disbarred for incompetence. But if the traffic cams show NO reckless driving, why did the cop cars pull Nichols over? 4. What about the CONTEMPT OF COP thing? I know some eyebrows just went up. From REASON magazine: https://reason.com/2023/01/30/why-did-other-cops-fail-to-stop-the-lethal-assault-on-tyre-nichols/ The Memphis, Tennessee, police officers who lethally beat, pepper-sprayed, and tased Tyre Nichols after a January 7 traffic stop were clearly out of control, delivering punishment for what they perceived as "contempt of cop" in the guise of making an arrest. Yet during the 13 minutes that elapsed between the stop and the police radio report that Nichols had been taken into custody, no one else who was present intervened to stop the blatantly illegal use of force. I'm wondering about that. Nichols did not have a criminal record. The only thing that caused his encounter with the officers who killed him was a reckless driving charge. Is it possible he had some kind of history with those cops in the past, either personally or professionally? Why during the stop did the cops drag him out of the car? It is possible for cops to have such a short fuse that some ignoramus yelling "I didn't do nuthin" might be just enough of a spark to touch off an ass whooping. But is that what happened? Or is there more to this? Or is it as simple as "contempt of cop?" https://www.foxnews.com/us/memphis-cops-reportedly-gave-tyre-nichols-71-commands-13-minutes-so-far-norm Alpert explained that the phenomenon of "contempt of cop," when officials would physically punish civilians for what they perceived as disrespect or disobedience was more rampant in the ‘80s but started to phase out in the 90s and 2000s even before the widespread introduction of body cameras. I still say that if a couple of cop cars pulled me over, I would have my driver's license, registration and proof of insurance out. I would keep my mouth shut and do precisely what the officers said. I would look them directly in the eyes. I would answer their questions honestly and with respect. But I'm starting to think this might just be a "black" thing, something cultural. Maybe some blacks are just getting tired of that lame "I didn't do nuthin" crap. They weren't justified in beating a man to death just because he pissed them off, thought.
  18. From the article: Nor did anyone in the press think to report what happened before Derek Chauvin put his knee on George Floyd's neck. Authorities in Minnesota made certain no one saw the body camera footage that showed it. Body cameras exist so that we can know what happened, but they hid this footage. We only saw it because The Daily Mail, which is based in Great Britain and therefore slightly less terrified and dishonest than our media, got a copy. The video showed officers working for about 20 minutes trying to detain a man who they believed had just committed the crime of passing a fake $20 bill, a man who clearly had lost all sense of reality. The footage showed George Floyd begging officers to stay with him. He was clearly suffering. The tape is wrenching, it really is. By the end, you’re filled with sympathy for George Floyd. But it’s not the picture of a murder. If he'd been in custody before, why was George Floyd on the verge of hysteria? The police officers wondered the same thing. "You’ve got foam around your mouth," one says. A bystander tells Floyd, "You’re gonna die of a heart attack.""Are you on something right now?" one police officer asks. "No," says George Floyd. So he lied to police. And because police aren't trained EMTs, perhaps they just saw someone high on something, freaking out and looking to cause more damage. What if Floyd had broken free and killed someone? His drugged state would be considered a mitigating factor and he'd likely walk on a murder rap. But I gotta ask you. Did THESE innocent store owners deserve this, just because a cop accidentally killed an animal?
  19. Illegal apparently doesn't mean anything to you when a liberal Democrat commits a crime.
  20. https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/tucker-carlson-george-floyd-death-what-media-didnt-tell-you According to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office, George Floyd wasn't just high. He had a lethal dose of fentanyl in his system, in addition to methamphetamine. The autopsy report showed that Floyd had 11 nanograms of fentanyl per milliliter of blood in his system when he was tested at a hospital. That's more than three times the amount of fentanyl that can kill a healthy person. Again, that’s not our judgment. That’s directly from the autopsy report, the one people didn’t see until after the riots. It read, "Signs associated with fentanyl toxicity include severe respiratory depression, seizures, hypotension, coma and death. In fatalities from fentanyl, blood concentrations are variable and have been reported as low as 3 nanograms of fentanyl per milliliter of blood." No one is denying this. The Floyd family’s own lawyer admits that it’s true. It’s "true that the Hennepin County medical examiner's office autopsy showed that Floyd had fentanyl in his system," he conceded, but then he insisted that George Floyd was actually killed by racism.
  21. Perhaps if Floyd had not taken fentanyl, Chauvin would not have stood on his neck for nine minutes. Floyd's life choices put him in that situation. https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/tucker-carlson-george-floyd-death-what-media-didnt-tell-you Between 1997 and 2007, police in Texas arrested Floyd a total of nine times, on charges ranging from drug possession to theft. Then, on Aug. 9, 2007, George Floyd barged into a woman's home and held a gun to her abdomen in front of her toddler. It was a home invasion, and George Floyd got five years in prison for participating in it. If he'd been in custody before, why was George Floyd on the verge of hysteria? The police officers wondered the same thing. "You’ve got foam around your mouth," one says. A bystander tells Floyd, "You’re gonna die of a heart attack." "Are you on something right now?" one police officer asks. "No," says George Floyd. But that wasn’t close to true. According to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office, George Floyd wasn't just high. In fatalities from fentanyl, blood concentrations are variable and have been reported as low as 3 nanograms of fentanyl per milliliter of blood." Floyd was a criminal, an animal. And Chauvin was convicted by a jury INTIMIDATED by the BLM animals rioting in the city. Floyd did it to himself. Nichols did it to himself. Yes, the officers were less than professional. But had Nichols not taken off running, he would be alive today.
  22. Personally, it would be too much work for her. She doesn't impress us as a woman with a major work ethic. She achieved her career by marrying a successful politician. I think that's pretty much it. She doesn't have Hillary's burning ambition to lead the Fourth Reich.
  23. I gotta ask. After the fcking DISASTER Hillary became (even as she was perhaps the most detestable First Lady of all time) do you REALLY think the Democrat Party has become so LAME in its presidential contenders that they would even consider THIS as presidential timbre?
  24. A few points: 1. FoxNews is the most reliable news source on the planet. People who do not watch it (or visit the website) are not as informed as those who do. And referring to USA as a fact check is just imbecilic. USA is just another left wing opinion rag. 2. I thought it was pretty tacky the way some conservatives went after Moochelle, questioning her sexuality. She's just a First Lady. Yeah, she ran her mouth four eight years as if she were important, but ALL First Ladies have that opportunity, although it's fair to note that Laura Bush and Nancy Reagan were very classy First Ladies who stayed out of the spotlight. 3. Kinda hard to imagine Moochelle running for public office. She's not as well educated as Hillary and she doesn't appear to have the burning ambition for public life, outside of left wing media fawning over her wardrobe and appearance. In some ways, we're lucky that she'll just fade into obscurity, spending all those tax dollars at Martha's Vineyard, while campaigning valiantly to keep the colored folk from Central America out.
  25. So far, we are TRILLIONS in deficit thanks to the Unelect racist pedophile. Inflation is through the roof. This week I saw gasoline prices jump 40 cents a gallon. All Republican presidents COMBINED didn't saddle America with the crippling INFLATIONARY debt Unelected Joe gave us. Oh, and the WORST culture wars have been foisted on us by KKKlinton, Obama and Unelected Joe. During the Trump years, people didn't have time for that crap. The economy was expanding, gas prices were low and manufacturing jobs were coming back from the far east. We were too busy having a life. It took TYPHOID BIDEN to totally destroy the economy and turn races against each other. He is truly the most despicable man ever to soil the Oval Office.
