Quebec a word leader in Culture?? What a laugh that is. Quebec culture maybe LOL A world leader in technology? Another laugh. If any technology is there at all it is because the Canadian government gives incentives to move there or forces companies to move there LOL I am not being flippant, of course.

Ummm, Quebec pays more income tax but they get almost free daycare and many other benefits. Conquered people??? If that is the case then they should have been fully integrated as opposed to being able to flaunt national interests and laws.

What one does with their money and how they spend it is up to them. I have friends that have significantly higher income than me but always seem broke. Their lifestyle has them where they are.

New here and the headline caught my attention. Why is Québec so inefficient and poor? Well, in my opinion, Quebec is like the indigenous of this Country. Always getting everything it wants with no consequences.
