Chump, being a resident of NY state has to file his taxes with that state...the same tax statement he has to send to the IRS. The must match. Thus NY State can pass that info on to the Congressional Investigatory Committee without any permission required from the IRS...or the WH. Further, any pardon Chump provides one of his criminals, is not valid in any given state. Since most of the Mango Mutt's business dealings for, oh so many years, have been in and to the detriment of NY State and or its citizens (back to his father). Thing is, Mueller's investigation is not concluded. He may no longer be involved, but there are a number of investigations connected to or arising from Mueller's report still proceedings. This is aside from the NY State investigations still underway. NY just passed legislation which will allow Chump's IRS records to be released to the investigative committee. That is something Chump cannot interfere in unless he declares war on NY State...and where would he get the troops to attack another state? There'd be revolution at the very least.
