I think the data is probably accurate, what is skewed is the terms of reference, in that the lifestyle of the bourgeoisie is generally better than the iron men who stand watch on the walls of the burg, and Canada is simply entirely bourgeois, and so are unburdened into the highest orders of vanity and decadence therein.
