  1. Well, Toronto has been berry berry goo to me, but the trick with real estate is taking profits, so after you have sold the property in Toronto, you have to take the money and run, moving to where you can buy a comparative palace in relation to what you sold into the Toronto market. If you just turn around and buy another hyper expensive Toronto property, you didn't get anywhere, because you didn't keep the profits, and long term the real estate markets basically just keep up with inflation, so if you don't sell high in Toronto and then move to where you can buy low, you've defeated the purpose of real estate speculation.
  2. In the context of Canada emulating the Americans, Trudeau is basically Canada's Obama moment, where the Elites over promise and under deliver, the populist backlash comes in the wake when sad failing Liberal Party of Canada sad fails come crashing back down on the middle classes.
  3. Information workers in the Information Age markets are thriving everywhere, it's only the industrial workers who are suffering, which, I can't save them from themselves, they have the right to association, so they make their choices and takes their chances, if they are going to cling to the thugs at Unifor, then they're gonna get burned.
  4. Thankfully, the Flight to Quality is not subject to the Canadian Bolsheviks, obviously if Ivan in all his glory could not hold an Iron Curtain, the dingbats in downtown Toronto are of no significance to the markets whatsoever.
  5. So long as you are invested in capital, you will prosper by way of the Empire of Liberty, the only who will suffer are those who are relying on the failed state nanny socialist fake work gulag, as the fake work goes away, not by the hand of the Americans, but by the Darwinian forces of the Information Age.
  6. It's like what the softwood lumber companies do, when America exacts duties to be paid to American lumber companies, the big Canadian lumber companies buy American lumber companies.
  7. Fine by me, I'm not an economic nationalist, I am invested in the Empire of Liberty, so where America prospers I prosper, and as she exacts prices to my coffer those will ultimately be paid.
  8. My leader follows your leader, 1688 to 1776 to 1865, so it's all good, cause it's all the same leader, yours just went next level, and the Liberal Party of Canada sabotaged the Charter in 1982, so it's back over to you, Declaration of Independence.
  9. The constitution is the leader, the founders are the visionaries, follow the Declaration not the men, and then the men will follow you.
  10. The status which the Hegemon is trying to reclaim, is the status of a Flight to Quality constitutional Hegemon rather than a sad and failing Military Adventurist Hegemon, and that's a good thing, we should help them, because they are the only thing between us and the totalitarian abyss.
  11. That is tru, and moreover, the military chain of command is entirely subordinated to partisan purposes as well, to include I would guess, the Five Eyes components, as I would assume Canada's SIGINT probably focuses entirely on industrial espionage on behalf of entrenched interests like Bombarier and Barrick Gold rather than keeping an eye on Mr.Ivan & Co.
  12. Excellent post, now you are getting the hang of this, although I nodded off somewhere in the third paragraph, Eskimo Communism induced nap.
  13. I think the data is probably accurate, what is skewed is the terms of reference, in that the lifestyle of the bourgeoisie is generally better than the iron men who stand watch on the walls of the burg, and Canada is simply entirely bourgeois, and so are unburdened into the highest orders of vanity and decadence therein. In terms of picking up a rifle and manning a post, although I would submit that said duty is and honour and so a pleasure, it's just not a pleasure to stand on the walls of a failed state which no longer has a central narrative and does not reflect its own stated values, never mind ones individual core principles.
  14. I only mentioned BUFF's as an example of strategic warning, I wasn't meaning to invoke an Arc Light Strike, Arc Light is tactical, this warning is strategic. Strategic warning is not a threat per se, and is simply how Hegemons communicate in no uncertain terms that their red line is being approached and you should turn back if you wish to avoid a clash. That's all the strategic bombers are really kept around for in terms of strategic operations now, to provide for strategic warning, because submarines are covert and unseen and so cannot warn, and ICBM's are binary and cannot fire warning shots.
  15. Calm down, first, there is a subtle yet exceedingly relevant difference between a threat and a warning. Second, the warning is simply that they are going to freeze you out for biting the hand the feeds you, which is their prerogative, as the hand that feeds you. Third, these are by nature and for the most part decent honorable people, classically liberal limited government conservative freedom lovers, so these are the good guys. Fourth, they aren't warning you personally, just your failed state, stop identifying yourself as being indistinguishable from the state, that's totalitarian, remember?
  16. The Chinese are right of course, Meng Wangzhou is a snatch operation, tip of the iceberg of a high intensity Information War being conducted up here in the ether, with the PLA relentlessly and ferociously probing the UKUSSA perimeter searching for breaches, and/or trying to bang and breach, of which Zoolander up in Ottawa is only one.
  17. And of course Canada is right now demonstrating why that is, as it falls under the influence of Beijing, bringing them inside the perimeter as it goes.
  18. Nothing in UKUSSA actually binds any of the members to forgo Article 51, so FVEY can look in on itself, where there is an Article 51 mandate. FVEY is an alliance, but that does not bind the members from defending themselves from whatever threat, be it coming from outside of the perimeter or from within. In other words, where the Germans or even a FVEY member like Canada is operating against the interests of the alliance, UKUSSA is not a shield to conduct those activities without being appropriately surveilled.
  19. Not to mention that while Article II contains broad authority to direct the operations of Fort Meade, one thing is does not give authority to do, is order them to stand down. That requires and act of Congress.
  20. Wouldn't surprise me at all that Trump was not even briefed, NSA not actually needing the direct intervention of the CinC to conduct ongoing operations by executive order already standing, which, Trump has probably not even read, as by his own admission, he doesn't read, he gets all his information from social media.
  21. In other words, Hauwei Meng Wanzhou is not a coincidence and this is not Trump per se, but rather Five Eyes.
  22. FVEY simply cannot allow Hauwei to control FVEY 5G, because the internet is going to split into two camps, the FVEY camp and the PLA camp, digital cold war, and Canada is positioning itself on the wrong side of the FVEY perimeter.
  23. Indeed, but the masquerade includes rendering itself into a fifth column operating on behalf of Beijing, to bring them inside the UKUSSA FVEY perimeter, which is why FVEY is now commencing the walling off of Canada to leave it twisting in the wind at the mercy of the adversary Hegemon, in the hopes that the Canadian people will notice that the Liberal Party of Canada is dragging them into no mans land towards the other side of the trace, and so overthrow the Liberal Party of Canada before it is too late.
  24. In fairness, the Liberal Party of Canada is willfully and actively sabotaging Canada's capacity to contribute, to even include purging of senior military officers to render them political prisoners, where said officers attempt to defy disarmament by stealth in adhering to their solemn oaths to defend and uphold the British Crown in North America.
  25. And this, again, is why the nanny socialist welfare gulags need to erase the central narrative of Canadian history in favour of a social history Potemkin Village, because it is through your central narrative that you come to understand your core principles and values, along with associated interests, and if Canadians actually understood theirs, they would realize that their interests are not served by a nanny socialist welfare gulag where work is bullshit and jobs are jails, and so would decamp from Ottawa to the Information Age. Can't actually trap people anymore, an Iron Curtain is a fool's errand, which is why the Liberal Party of Canada and associated CBC propaganda arm have begun to resort to fascism, same as the Kremlin does.
