Germany wants fake/false news to be punished. German gvt thinks that fake/false news will affect community thoughts in a negative manner and will harm the credibility of state politics. They said that "Slanders and fake news should not be accepted as freedom of speech." after some false news about officials which were spreaded quickly and feared of causing public hatred against officials. I dont know why these issue was hidden for long time since 2014. Russia did the same thing when we shot their planes.
