I am not quite sure what to make of this post. First of all, I don't enjoy the mocking tone. Especially since the Arab argument is that they "got their first" and the Jewish argument is that they were there always and had never entirely left. Both are serious arguments and, in a better world, would be dealt with by serious negotiations rather than rejectionism. By "rejectionism" I mean a position that says that a Jewish state in that regiojn will never be recognized and that any agreement is a truce along the way to annihilation.

I am searching and I see that I was wrong. So this Arabic word "أو" means both "or" and "so" but its used as "war captives" in the verse. Because I found another verse(33:50), which defines prophet to marry with whom and "wife" and "right hand posesses" are used as two different things. So its not the same thing as I was mentioned.

Journalists are in jail. Your media is NOT free. You can complain and protest as much as you like but no one in a country that actually has press freedom is going to take you seriously because country that has laws that can be used to put journalists in jail cannot claim to have press freedom. This is reality. You believe in a fantasy.
They are in jail because of violating laws. You can ask me for any journalists and I will research and tell you why he/she in jail. For example an American journalist is currently in jail. Do you know why ? Because of entering a military zone without permission and she is probably an American agent with journalist ID card. American Airforces tried to find her with two helicopters but we found her first and put to the prison.

Yes and the problem is these verses are translated under the influence of hadiths. Hadiths are not Islamic sources. They are stories about pre and after Islamic Arab peninsula. Anyone who show hadiths as Islamic sources are not Muslims and the sad part is hundreds of millions so-called Muslims see the hadiths as Islamic sources. I have discussed with many hadith defenders and noone of them were able to reply my questions. They were getting mad and calling me "kafir".

Those verses don't make sense if you take out the 'or' and replace it with 'so'. I don't mean their meaning changes, I mean there is no grammatical continuity in them.

Just the opposite it makes sense when you make it "so". Because the word which is translated as "slave" is actually mean in Arabic idioms "the ones you have under your right hand" or "which you have with an agreement", so which you accept to protect, which you accept to meet his/her needs, which you have rights on them, this maybe your kids, your employees, your wife, your husband etc...
It also contradicts with other verses in Quran when you make it "or" because there are other verses which says you cant touch a "war captive woman" without being married with her and marriage depends on mutual agreement according to Quran. So you cant force her to marry with you.

Erdogan is a thug that has been working hard to destroy all of the democratic institutions in Turkey and set himself up as a dictator. He wants to do to Turkey what Putin did to Russia. The only real unknown is whether he is simply lucky that these "opportunities" to consolidate his power keep showing up or if he creates them himself. There is good reason to suspect that the coup attempt itself was instigated by Erdogan so he could completely crush the last remaining elements of democracy in Turkey.
Please don't waste you time calling me "brainwashed". The fact that you can't see what is going on in your own country does not make me "brainwashed". It makes you a dupe.
A little hint: democracy requires an opposition and a free press that say things the government does not like even if these things "insult" the current leadership. If "insulting" Erdogan can get you put in jail then Turkey has no democracy. These are facts that you have already confirmed so you can't really deny them.
The president is supported by %85 of Turkish people and he is the first president of Turkiye who become president by election. We stopped an army to protect him just a few weeks ago. Can you stand against a tank to protect your country ? Can you understand how we trust him ? Yes the coup attempt was a perfect reason to clean all the traitors. We are one of the top three the World's fastest growing economies since he is a president. This is why your govts are afraid of us and fabricating fake news to wash their own people's brain. So verses means that "Muslim man can only be in sexual relationship with their wife, so which they married by mutual agreement."
There is no word in the verses which means "slave" or something similar.

A lot of people think your government was responsible for the initial bombings - against kurds in Turkey, which it then used as an excuse to bomb kurds in Iraq and ten restart its war with the Kurds. Reason, Erdogan had lost his parliamentary majority, in large part because of the popularity of a secular Kurdish political party. So he wanted to make people angry at the Kurds to vote for him again. This was successful and he got his majority back and is now changing the constitution to give himself more power.
You are brainwashed, anything you talk about my country is wrong. You should stop following your own media. They are causing hatred and enmity between us. This is paranoia with one word. You cant back your claims with evidences. Also I am not interested talk about whether or not a terrorist was right. Where are the hundreds of independent witnesses claiming it occurred? Where is the video evidence showing that attacks occurred by some assailants even if they could not be identified? Where are the actual arrests of people fitting the alleged profile?
Yes there is a lot of misinformation out there and it is reasonable to be skeptical of some claims. But there are also many circumstances where there is sufficient independent evidence to conclude the claims are basically correct.
Does not mean we cant do that. If we want, we can prepare such a scenario but you need to understand that we are not similar to you. False flags is the profession of Western countries, not ours.

Then I grew up with each passing day and I started to think for my own, I learned and discovered to use my thinking power. Then I lost all my confidence to Kemalist system. I discovered how Kemalists caused the collapse of Ottoman State, I discovered how they make us to forget our history, I discovered how they tried to make us non-Muslims. I discovered how they want a state that should be a lapdog of Western countries. So in summary, human being has a great power, thinking power and you cant fool a person as long as he/she dont want to be fooled. You can fool a child since he/she starts to think and decide for him/her own. You can fool a child that 2x2=5, since he/she raises to 8-9 years and you cant fool him/her anymore after he/she starts to understand multiplication.

Except not being able to find the attackers does not mean the complaints were false. It is simply absurd to suggest that so many people would lie, not to mention the fact that many of the incidents were caught on camera it just was not possible to identify the perpetrators.

A false statement. One or two of the complaints turned out to be false. The vast majority were true examples of Muslim men preying on German women. Now you can argue these men are ignoring the message in the Quran but you can't argue the incidents did not occur.
About 1700 of them turned to be false. They are not able to prove it and police mostly detained people who were never been in the place in that night where so called incident were occurred. Its told by head of the German police union that they could not find any of attackers.

This forum like many political forums has rules. The rules do not necessarily make sense Altai on forums.
It is true, certain things are not allowed on this forum that violate freedom of speech but are not allowed
to try prevent the forum members from insulting one another. It has nothing to do with the law. Each forum
decides how much insulting it allows before its "moderators" step in.
Actually Altai on this forum regular members insult one another all the time and use ways around the rules to
insult all kinds of people.
Now in the real world, you have countries. Some countries arrest a person the moment that person says something
the government considers unacceptable.
Here in Canada we do have a Charter of Rights that is a law that applies to all laws and says we have the right to say things
and state opinions.
However our free speech does have limits. Its not absolute. For example, I can not go into a crowded movie theatre and yell
fire if there is no fire.
I can not stand up in public and ask people or encourage people to commit crimes or express violence or do things with my words
to get people to lose their temper.
Even certain words I say might get me arrested. For example if I said I hate all Turks and we should kill them all, that is called a hate crime.
If I said, let's kill Queen Elizabeth that is a crime.
So we do have limits yes.
The point though is this. The current leader of Turkey, Mr. Erdogan has arrested and continues to arrest thousands of people simply because he
feels they do not agree with him. That is what is criticized.
By the way, we had a Prime MInister, Pierre Trudeau, who was the father of our current Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Pierre Trudeau invoked what is called the War Measures Act that did a thing similiar to what Erdogan is doing now. Our Charter of Rights came into power and no longer allows what he did to happen.
Now when we talk on this forum, its true we do things in Canada that are not perfect if that is your point. However for discussion purposes without you thinking I am saying I am better than you because I am not, I do not like and others do not like Erdogan's policies and his current crack down and that makes us Turks, Canadians, all kinds of people. We disagree with what he is doing. I also think he is a liar about the Kurds and worked with Iran and Russia to crush them, abd has supported extremist Muslim Sunni terror cells that now have turned on him.
He also goes back and forth first Russia's friend, then its enemy, then its friend, same with Iran, Hezbollah, ISIL, Al Quaeda, Egypt, Saudio Arabia.
One other thing. People do openly and loudly criticize Israeli policies in Canada including me a Jew who lived in Israel and supports its right to exist as a Jewish state. Its false to say this does not happen. Hey just open the internet and type evil Israel and see what you get.
On this forum I fight with a handful of people because when they criticize Israel, they personally attack the right of Jews to have a Jewish state,
make false and insulting statements about Jews, Israelis, Zionists, and flood the board with threads where they do not provide any evidence but repeat the same personal insults, i.e., calling Jews cancer.
Forums are full of hateful people. A forum can give someone an opportunity to lash out and hate an entire people.
Please believe me when I say and most others do mean the same thing, when we criticize Erdogan policies, we do not mean to insult you or Turks.

You are distorting it with many other irrelevant issues. I said something quite clear. You claim that the famous lands belongs to Jews because of its the lands of your ancestors and you have same ancestor with Arabs from the root. So you have to divide the lands into two and you should take the half and Arabs should take the other half. Problem solved.
