    You should take all my meaning which is not on a specific PM, but all the PMs in the sufferings of a constitution without enough obvious resources for the healthy leadership of the executive power. The next PM will still be in the same situation.

    You can not call what you said is truth. Although sometimes I also use the word truth, as I use it, I always mean that my opinion of truth. My basic attitude is that all my words are my opinions on the beings I want to express. I try to look for truth, and communicate with people about what I see in the process, I can not make sure what I see is exactly the truth. If you argue with me what is exactly the truth, I can only tell you that out of my ability.

    You are partially right, and something else you do not see. Darwin made a theory of evolution on some facts, and these facts were recorded the creative process of the aliens in another universe. Darwin was inspired by these facts, the evolutional ideas of ancient Greece, and the inspirations he did not know where their exact sources are, and all together made him believe there should be a progress along these facts which he named as evolution, and his explanation of evolution on these facts was named by him as the theory of evolution. Is this expression clear enough for you as a possibility? ​

    So, now, the theory of Darwin might be possible about only a very small part of the whole possibility, and the whole possibility is really about the creation of everything of our universe. Do you agree with this possibility or not?

    My hope is a peaceful change on the power of words, the achievement of human civilization, and some reasonable selfishness in that evil soul.

    You still do not really understand my meaning. China is a name stole by that evil party, and has not any right to choice. And Chinese people are forced by the dictatorship of proletariat, which I hope in future will be recorded as the way of demon.

    The centralization of executive power in USA is very good, and is not a problem, the reason is that it is constitutional! The centralization of executive power in Canada is not very good, and is a problem, the reason is that the constitution does not provide enough resources for the executive power to be sustainable and play a good leadership in an obvious constitutional way. Therefore, the executive power in the system of Canada has been centralizing in an unconstitutional way by stealing the power of the legislative branch.

    The people before USA overthrew the governance there of British government, but Chinese people today still only hope to overthrow that rule of an evil party which was mainly sourced that evil Soviet Union and that evil movement of communism. China now is just a disguise of that evil party. This is the real and major difference between USA and China.

    I do not mean more efficiently to get an act pass, I do mean more efficiently to get the real goodness for USA by the well designed checks and balances of the possible acts.

    Let's say with human affair. I do not believe you can make progress by only random. If you want to make progress, you more likely to get it by creating it, or at least by creating its conditions, and then let the its conditions help you achieve it.

    The difference between us is how to define choice. Your definition is that all are choices. My definition is that an action in blindness or forced by violence at least partially is not a choice.

    Constitutionally unstable, so the PM has to be strong unconstitutionally. Here is the core of the issue of Canadian political system.

    Don't you see the facts, the instability of the positon of the PM and the positons of the MPs in the House?

    The truth in Canadian political system is that the executive function and the legislative function weaken each other, the result is that the executive function heavily weakens the legislative representative function. The three different branches of power in USA have been moved more efficiently.

    My topic has not any meaning to blame USA from the eye of China, but means the meanings from the eyes of historians in USA to think the multiple possibilities of history. I mean the huge mistake of USA as that the unrealized possibility was much huge goodness for the benefits of USA than the actual choice. I mean that history of rogues as that history of former Soviet Union and that global communist movement. I mean two rogues as that communist party in China and that nationalist party in China.

    The first part is right, the middle part is a tragedy, the final part is wrong. Chinese had not the power to choose then, but that history of rogues made two rogues who split China and the people in China.
