  1. Back to playing the same old games again of trying to imply key words have slightly different meaning hey buddy. Sounds like you've got nothing left, take a rest now my friend. Maybe tomorrow you can find a different angle to put on the links that ONLY I provide. Or maybe by that time you can find a link that I can take pot shots at!!! Hey wouldn't that be something! You provide the links, and I provide the negating opinions! Sounds like an easy job to me, maybe that's why you guys don't provide links, you're all lazy! WWWTT
  2. rec·om·mend (rk-mnd) v. rec·om·mend·ed, rec·om·mend·ing, rec·om·mends v.tr. 1. To praise or commend (one) to another as being worthy or desirable; endorse: recommended him for the job; recommended a car instead of an SUV. 2. To make (the possessor, as of an attribute) attractive or acceptable: Honesty recommends any person. 3. To commit to the charge of another; entrust. 4. To advise or counsel: She recommended that we be on time. See Synonyms at advise. v.intr. To give advice or counsel: "recommended against signing an international agreement" (Time). WWWTT
  3. Ya but where? Under what heading? Is there a fashion heading? I believe there is a health heading, so that would cover some female concerns. But I'm sure if some women were to come up with some subjects, MLW's list of heading would be incapable of covering everything. This isn't the first time the issue of where to post a thread has come up either. I feel the best solution would be to expand on the number of headings. WWWTT
  4. LOL!!!!!!!!!!! Man that's freeekin funny! No freekin crap you got to apply first! WWWTT
  5. Unfortunately only courts can interpret the charter of rights and freedoms. The government doesn't have the final say, except for that section 33 thing. WWWTT
  6. Oh when it's going to end boys? I'll keep going until all you guys have left is your paper bag to breathe in! The Government of Canada recommends that Canadian citizens travel with a valid Canadian passport because it is the only reliable and universally accepted travel and identification document available to Canadians for the purpose of international travel. International transportation companies such as airlines may require travellers to present a passport. Therefore, Canadian citizens may face delays or may not be allowed to board the plane or other conveyance if they present other documents such as those noted below. 7. Still waiting for those links I requested, not really interested in hearing any more blabbering jiberish from a bunch of people who are desperately frantically searching for something but keep coming up empty handed! http://www.google.ca/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=5&ved=0CDgQFjAE&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.cic.gc.ca%2Fenglish%2Fhelpcentre%2Fanswer.asp%3Fq%3D412%26t%3D2&ei=lWUjVN72BYPIsAS7wYDgBw&usg=AFQjCNGGrTmVmTJlE01_0Am7BhEi4Z6U5g&bvm=bv.76247554,d.cWc&cad=rja WWWTT
  8. Fertility issues. women's health and exercise, women's fashions/clothing/make up/fashion accesories/jewels. I'm sure there's a freekin ton of things! The best people to answer that question are women really, not me are other men. So I apologize if I may sound shallow to the other female members here. WWWTT
  9. Wrong on both parts. You CAN NOT LEAVE CANADA WITHOUT A PASSPORT! PERIOD! A Passport HAS BECOME an integral part of your ability to freely travel in and out of Canada. If you think you can leave Canada without a passport, then be my guest. Where are you going to go by the way? Court ruled that the law complied with the charter. National security is a legal reason to deny a passport. In other words, if someone will/may cause harm to other Canadians/Canadian rights then that persons right to a passport can be denied. Very simple basic stuff really. Go ahead prove me wrong. Oh and by the way, if you don't provide a link like I asked, as far as I'm concerned, none exists and you are wrong. I'm finished here with this WWWTT
  10. Ok if you're right, then there should be all kinds of links that are out there saying that a passport is a privelage. Still have not seen one link from any of you that clearly says that the passport order is a privelage, not a right. WWWTT
  11. Are there any government services that are clearly charter rights? Still have not provided a link showing a case where it was shown that a judge has ruled that a passport is a privelage, not a right! If you are pulled over, and you blow over the limit, your driver's license will be taken away automatically before any trial. This was ruled back and forth some years ago but finally held ground because it was eventually settled that a drivers license is a privelage, not a right. You're going to have to do your homework and find a case where a passport was pulled under similar circumstance and a judge(s) made similar rulings. If not, then it stands that a passport is a right under section 6 of the charter. WWWTT
  12. Still waiting for a link buddy! You're going to have to find something to support your argument, it's that simple. WWWTT
  13. I agree. This is a debate site and I can't see sex ever becoming a common debate topic. So Off-topic sounds logical. I also like your suggestion of expanding to include gender. I would hope this would attract alternative lifestyles such as gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and transgender posters. That would add a huge dynamic to this site! WWWTT
  14. I'm going to have to agree with you. Perhaps using a run off vote in each riding. I feel it's not really fair to decide an government on just one ballot. Should be done in a couple votes. WWWTT
  15. Bingo! Double standard of the conservative government! One rule for Islamics, another rule for Israel. Not the first time they did this for political gain. WWWTT
  16. If it's not a right then why didn't the court just say that the charter does not apply? Why did the judges of the SCC unanimously say that national security threats/grounds comply with the charter? Keep in mind, that the SCC FIRST ruled that Khadar COULD NOT be refused a passport unless the passport order rules changed. Getting a passport is clearly a right and not a privelage like a drivers license. There is NO TEST when you get a passport! My son was 6 months old when he got his passport! (taking the picture wasn't easy, believe me!) Just basic rules to comply with so that the abuse of a passports can be prevented. Furthermore, enough is enough! Start posting links to support your argument!!! Until then, I'm STILL the BOSS! HA! WWWTT
  17. Ya, so what? I already posted the rules/procedure to get a passport. Ohhhh, you thought the government applied the Canadian charter of rights and freedoms? Sorry, but that is for the courts to do, not the government! WWWTT
  18. Lets see your link proving otherwise! Until then, I remain the BOSS!! LOL!
  19. Hey buddy, quit wasting my time with your drivel nonsense PISS POOR DEBATING garbage! How you aren't banned from this site is beyond me? Go ahead and waste your time throwing insults like a little boy who lost his toy shovel at the park, I've got better things to do then entertain your little temper tantrums your ROYAL HIGHNESS OF PISS POOR DEBATERS! We're done here buddy! WWWTT
  20. Are you saying the Canadian passport order is ABOVE the supreme court of Canada???? The court unanimously agreed the denial of passport service on national grounds is in compliance with the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Go ahead and read this. What does it say? Do you know what COMPLIANCE means? Have you heard of "THE CANADIAN CHARTER OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS" Now tell me, if something is a "right", do you think the CCORAF would some how cover it? If you still don't get it, then you never will! WWWTT
  21. Ask Paul Bernardo how his rights are working out for him! Section 6 Already copied in an earlier comment. Man you're a piss poor debater! WWWTT
  22. The supreme court ruled that the Canadian passport order must be in compliance with the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Therefore a passport is a right! Section 10.1 was added to include a threat to Canadian security (whatever that means), that section had to be changed in order for it to comply with the CCORAF. However it is clear that a passport is a right and not a privelage! WWWTT
  23. No it's not! Privelage and right are not the same thing. Keep in mind, that if you break the laws in Canada, and are convicted, you lose your rights as well. WWWTT
