      We are talking about drug laws and how they are SAVING MONEY by not locking people up.

      Shady can't change the channels fast enough can he!?!?Anyways,Portugal use to have very strict drug laws,jail time for small possession such as a joint!They clearly saw that "ITS NOT WORKING" and took a non US,realistic approach and are now boasting incredible results and a new found perception into society!
