Definitely. A more positive approach might have been to trumpet the budget successes of provincial NDP govet's, especially in light of the federal polls.

That Manitoba NDP were successful for many many years, until the world financial crisis and the mega flood of 2011. They can't be faulted for events any more than the Conservatives.
