I can cite the laws for you, Bubber.
"A person can be charged of uttering threats if he knowingly utters, conveys or causes any person to receive a threat. There does not have to be a motive for the threat. Nor does it require the accused to have the means of carrying out the threat."Sounds serious, BubberMiley. As a law-abiding citizen it's my duty to report serious offences.
