bush_cheney2004
but you turned this into a treatise on "Bubbas".Sorry - that was YOUR word - not mine. YOU made the claim that all people who believed in any sort of theism were Bubbas. Your denials are a rediculous as your original premise. False...you took "my word" (?) and proceeded to not only use it, but actually define it, as if correcting the assumed definition would free Canadians from that awful association, maintaining poll "superiority" over those low brow American Bubbas. Ladies and gentlemen, we do not have a missile gap...we have a Bubba poll gap! LOL!

That is clear from your choice of thread title and first post. No literate person could read your post and assume anything else.

In your mind the stereotype is complete and reinforced. We got Bubbas, Yea we do, We got Bubbas, How 'bout you!?
jbg
Let's not carry on the poster v. poster controversy over the term "bubba". It is being used in the "wikipedia" sense of the term, to denote under-educated rednecked Americans. Thus, it is an insult.

But you're right, the work here is done. The Decima poll has shattered the myth of superiority defined by a rejection of a deity for creationism or the "Theory of Evolution". Exploiting the pejorative "Bubba" here or in other MLW threads (e.g. CPC NASCAR sponsorship) only serves to demean Americans (or Canadians) with different belief systems. It is a fiction you created.
