Canada signed on to NATT

Just reading an article that reported Canada, Mexico and the US have signed the North America Transportation Trilateral, which gives the 3 nations the right to fly anywhere in the 3 countries airspaces and info on were the countries they are flying in, their info on all military and commerical flights. This is part of Bush's NAU pact.
