Reforming it is waste of time even if you could. It would end being the same corrupt outfit it is now.

Darfur. It could actually help in reducing, and hopefully stopping the bloodshed. The U.N needs concrete aims, not vague pursuits such as climate change, or even nuclear proliferation, which are beyond it's scope.

Although, anti-corruption measures would be nice to see..
