1967100 Posted May 19, 2007 Report Posted May 19, 2007 I heard that former Quebec Premier and Bloc leader Lucien Bouchard was supposed to receive an order of Canada for promoting french rights and culture but rejected it in the early 2000's. Is this true? If it was, what a shame our system has become. Quote

I can say with absolute certainty, if Bouchard was awarded the OofC, being then whore he is, he would have taken it in a New York minute.
