Its proof of man made climate change on a local level. Doesn't take much to realize that the vast amount of the same toxins being released on a global level will eventually have a similar effect.

I completely understand what "climate change" refers to when it is meant on a global level. And I have completely defined what my example of "climate change" refers to, local climate change. And how they relate.
