Absolutely no respect for a new government and it's leader I think and a cheap way to try to bilk Canadian tax payers out of $328M.

The facts are Canada produces only 2% of the world's greenhouse gases.

Technically speaking pollution = $$$ concerning JOBS and Canada does NOT have much to worry about in this regard, as relating to it's total greenhouse gas emissions compared to other countries.

Stephen Harper is right as as far as Canada is concerned, Kyoto serves no real benefit to small or moderate polluting countries and still allows major polluters to continue polluting.

The gradual approach Mr. Harper is taking to greenhouse emissions is more realistic in the long run.

cripes give them 328 million for plane tickets for those seperatists, if they don't like the way we do things hop on a plane and git. hahahaha, seriously it makes no sense that the rest of canada should fit the bill for something going on in just quebec, theres other things to spend the money on that the rest of the country can use
